Hotels Near Le Quartier de la Butte Aux Cailles a Paris in Paris

Had the pleasure of staying at this nice little hotel located at small nice plaza. Rooms are a little small, but you are in Paris so you should not spend much time here! ;-) The hotel is clean, had a nice intercontinental breakfast with a ok selection of things to choose from. 5-10 min walk to from the metro. I will use this hotel again if going to Paris for a few days with my wife!

Very good, convenient transportation and location is also very good. Although the sparrow is small, it has all five internal organs, the hotel has complete facilities, and the overall feeling is pretty good. Next time you have a chance to stay

The facilities are relatively new and basic needs are met. It is close to the subway station and is convenient for travel. It has air conditioning and a small kitchen. Except for the smell of boiled eggs in the room, everything else is pretty good.

je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est vraiment bien, c’est l’une des auberges de jeunesse la moins chère de Paris. L’endroit est vraiment très bien décoré, c’est joli, moderne…. pour ce qui est de mon expérience dans l’auberge : – je me suis retrouvée avec des personnes assez sales dans la chambre et le personnel m’a dit qu’il ferait en sorte de les faire partir et malheureusement à mon retour ils étaient toujours là - sur le site il y a écrit qu’il y a un petit déjeuner mais je ne l’ai pas vu, alors je sais pas si par petit déjeuner ils entendaient les machines automatiques ou si alors y avait une heure précise où on pouvait le prendre mais je n’ai rien vu pour cela - pour la salle de bain, je trouve ça dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de tapis de douche, parce que une fois sorti de la douche et qu’on est trempé le sol est trempé lui aussi mais sinon le personnel est vraiment sympa, agréable et gentil !! les chambres sont nickel au niveau sécurité pour les affaires, les lits sont confortables et il y a plusieurs prises par lits. en plus de ça la station de métro se trouve à 10 minutes de l’auberge donc c’est vraiment pratique ! donc je recommande juste je pense qu’il est mieux d’y aller à minimum 2 personnes

Nice, tidy and minimal. Good breakfast and nice in-room working facilities. Walking distance from the closest subway.

The rooms were small but clean. There were small cubes where to save your stuff but not even a carry on would fit there. The private bathrooms were ok but there were no towels to even dry my hands on or to step out the shower afterwards, so everything was a bit wet. Sometimes I could not get it into the common bathrooms for some reason and I know I was not the only one (problems with hostel card) We asked whether they could add us all to the same 4-bed room since we were 3. They said they could and afterwards they did not 'by mistake' so this was a bit disappointing. The place in general was awesome, it was very nice, clean, friendly staff. They also have lockers where to store your luggage if needed. Breakfast was a bit expensive but totally worth it. Location was convenient since there is a metro station just around the corner, so it was pretty easy to move around such a big city. I would probably go again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Stopped for 1 night, chose as the nearest hotel to the airport to catch the flight in the morning. Depressed grey design, dirty carpets at the entrance, staff not wearing badge. The respiratory rooms were confused, our friends gave the key to the busy room, well that the guests we woke up (we settled at 1 hour of the night) closed the door to the chain. Our room was e-chaiter, stove, refrigerator. The designer was probably with a good sense of humor because between the sandwich and the head of the bed instead of the wall a big transparent window! It can be closed with a curtain, but! The curtain is located on the side of the room, that is, only the person in the room decides to close them or open))) is not much if you sleep a little bit, when the light is on in the toilet, the feeling that the light is on in the room above your head. The interior is scratched, scratched on the floor, table, windows go out to the parking and they are very dirty. No soap and shower hat, e. the soots are uncomfortable and they are few, part is located in the floor itself, there is over the e. the stove, but there is no bed. Breakfast is scarce, cruissant, toasts, jam, cheese, sausage, surprised plastic devices! In general, the hotel creates the impression of uncomfortable and unpleasant, one night can be stayed, but there is no desire to return here.
