The hotel offers complimentary hot water, sparkling water, drinking water, coffee, and tea bags, all available 24/7 and in unlimited supply, which is a fantastic perk. Every single staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. The room, though not large, was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The bed was also quite comfortable. Located in a residential area in the 16th arrondissement, the hotel is in a very safe neighborhood with plenty of small supermarkets, making it convenient to grab bread, yogurt, or fruit. Bus lines 42 and 72 stop nearby and go directly to major attractions. It's also relatively close to the Eiffel Tower and the Centre Pompidou. While it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, we found the bus system very convenient for getting around. Picture 3 shows the hotel's breakfast, which seemed to cost an additional 14€. We opted not to have it as it didn't seem to offer good value for money.

The room is large, the bathroom is spacious and relatively clean. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good, breakfast was rather monotonous, and the service staff at the front desk and restaurant were very nice. The only downside is that the TV is not yet a smart TV.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room wasn't very spacious; opening two large suitcases was a tight squeeze. Basic amenities like a hairdryer were provided, and there was also a kettle, though I didn't use it. I initially thought towels weren't replaced daily, but I found fresh ones in a drawer under the sink. There's no elevator, and because it's an older building, the key system was a bit unusual and tricky to get the hang of at first.

Cleanliness: Not perfect, but the basic cleaning is adequate. Location: Very good. It's a 25-minute walk directly to the Eiffel Tower, and the Jasmin station on Line 9 is super convenient for sightseeing. For the Palace of Versailles, you can use the PER C line station, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood with shops, allowing you to really immerse yourself in Parisian life. The area is safe, and I never felt worried about my personal safety. Service: I had a really tough time with the hotel's check-in process. The check-in deadline is 6:30 PM, which is incredibly early. Since I knew I'd be checking in later than this, I sent three emails beforehand, but received no reply, which made me question their reliability. Upon arrival, there was a sign saying, 'If you call the designated number, staff will assist you.' However, it's highly unlikely that most tourists visiting here would have a SIM plan that allows calls within France. This meant many would be completely stranded without being able to contact staff. Luckily, a kind French person passing by helped us out. Even then, the conversation proceeded as if we should know the 'authentication code sent in advance' and the 'building room number,' despite neither being communicated to us at all, which caused more confusion. (I later re-checked my mailbox and booking confirmation, and there was indeed no such information). Also, the bathrobes aren't replaced daily; they're only replaced if they get dirty. If a bathrobe used once isn't considered dirty, then what is the definition of dirty? This confused me again. However, the staff were friendly and enthusiastically gave us sightseeing advice. Facilities/Amenities: The hairdryer is weak and takes a long time to dry hair. The elevator is old, probably made decades ago, but I actually liked that as it felt very Parisian. The electric stove had low power, making it difficult to boil pasta. The room was always warm and comfortable.

I enjoyed stay at the noucha hotel ,the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They make sure all my need are met. The service was excellent .The room was nice and clean with good view .I defintely recommend it .

This hotel is located in the quiet 16th arrondissement, with very few people around, so you won't have cars pulling up right at the entrance. It's actually quite suitable for wedding photoshoots or for wearing formal gowns. The hotel has a hot stone sauna and a small pool on the basement level, making it perfect for those who prefer a more relaxed pace of travel. Oh, and definitely try the fries – they are genuinely delicious, super delicious, so incredibly good! The minibar prices are also quite reasonable, so there's no need to worry about that at all.

We stayed three days and two nights at the Hotel Murat, and the experience was excellent from the start. The reviews were already very good, and now I understand why. The location is perfect: it allowed us to get around the entire city with ease. The staff was always very friendly. At first, they only spoke English or French, but then someone at reception spoke Spanish, which was great for communicating with us, something we greatly appreciated. We had paid for breakfast for two days, but we didn't realize we would have to get up very early to get it. When we mentioned this at reception, they were incredibly understanding and offered us coffee and something to take away at five in the morning. The receptionist even walked us to the door and said goodbye very kindly. We would definitely return. For us, it was a 10/10: great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, excellent cleanliness, and a personal touch that makes all the difference. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself was really nice the food and small buffet was really tasty . The room was beautiful and spacious very nice and big . However when we went in there was a foul smell when we went in the ac was playing up and was releasing a smell, we asked for it to be fixed but was told they cant till tomorrow which was pointless for us for one night so we told them to turn it off atleast as it wouldn’t turn off kept having to go back and forth with him
