Charming hotel in an excellent location and a lovely quiet street. Everything is as described on the website. Staff were very helpful and courteous - my partner was sick for one day and the staff were particularly kind and accomodating. Returning to this hotel after a day/night in Paris really added the final touch to a wonderful time in Paris. We will be back. Stayed Sept 23.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. Before arrival, I requested a room on a higher floor facing the courtyard, and the hotel kindly arranged exactly what I asked for. I really appreciated their attention to the request. They also surprised us with beautiful honeymoon decorations in the room, including balloons, a bouquet, and a lovely message card. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. The only small downside was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak, but it was not a major issue. Overall, the hotel made our honeymoon even more memorable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room with balcony has a great view of the sunrise. The room is clean. The room is with a queen size bed but tight for those with big luggage. We enjoy our stay as it is convenient and walking distance to Norte Dame. Plenty of eating places near by.

The hotel's location is certainly attractive, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. However, if you were to ask whether the service and attention I received were commensurate with the price, I'd honestly say it was ”disappointing.” The following basic issues occurred every day during my stay: Day 2: No bathmat provided Day 3: No bathrobe provided Day 4: No bathrobe again, no tissues provided, and the tablet power was out of order, rendering it unusable All of these are unacceptable levels of service considering the room rate. I also questioned the attitude that they only corrected the issues after we requested them. Even more disappointing was the extremely surly and unpleasant behavior of one staff member. I'll state this as a fact: while this staff member was friendly and smiling with other Western guests, he clearly had a different attitude toward us Asian guests. I don't intend to categorically conclude that this was racism. However, the difference in treatment was so significant that it's not surprising that everyone there felt that way. I don't think this can be dismissed as simply a matter of personal customer service attitude. If a hotel calls itself a ”luxury hotel,” it should treat all guests with fairness and respect. On the other hand, the other staff (especially the European ones) were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile, giving me a sense of security. I commend them for that. In conclusion, while the hotel's physical facilities are good, the quality of its personal service varies greatly. I strongly hope that in the future, staff training will be strengthened and a change in mindset will be made to treat all guests equally. The room is very clean and the location is very good. It is a 15-minute walk from the Louvre and a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants from all over the world around, including four Chinese restaurants, which are about 5-10 minutes' walk away. The taste of the Chinese restaurant is quite satisfactory. For me who has been out for more than 20 days, it is simply too good! The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic and enthusiastically solved my problems that are not related to accommodation, especially Locas and another beautiful sister whose name I don't know. If I come to Paris next time, I will choose here again.

This hotel location is superb. Nearby has different metro station within minutes of walking distance which allow us to travel between the sight seeing spots (louvre Rivoli station) and also Gare du nord to catch Eurostar (chatalet station). Reception was very friendly, one free wine for each of us and the room is equipped with all toiletries and even hair dryer. One night where we had to take out dinner due to heavy rain, they offer us to eat our takeout at the bar area at lobby, and even cleaned up for us. Only downside is the room is very old so the toilet is full of old stains which may look disgusting but the sheets and toilet are actually pretty clean. They even have coffee (and coffee machine) and tea in the room for you - for free. They allowed check out at 12 and also luggage storage after.

The dogs are so cute and friendly. The whole building is decorated with a unique style, so it's fun to look at each one. The elevator is narrow and can only fit two people (only one person can fit in if you have luggage), so be careful. Each room seems to have its own personality and was very cute. The front desk staff may seem cold, but they will greet you and will gladly help you if you ask them for something. When I checked out early in the morning, the staff only spoke French, so I couldn't communicate well, which was a nuisance, but they were still very kind. The breakfast was average, but the breakfast venue was cute. There was no one there early in the morning, so I enjoyed the buffet by myself. The cleaning staff spoke a little Japanese, so I was happy that they spoke to me. The location wasn't particularly close to anywhere, but it was very close to the nearest station, and there was a large supermarket just a short walk away. Above all, there were two stations nearby, so it was very easy to get home from anywhere.

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de Paris. La chambre était élégante, d’une propreté irréprochable et particulièrement confortable. J’ai passé une excellente nuit grâce à une literie de grande qualité, dans un environnement calme et reposant. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Paris à pied et profiter pleinement des principaux sites touristiques. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec des produits de qualité et un très bon choix. Je tiens surtout à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de l’équipe. Un grand merci à la directrice de l’hôtel, qui est une personne exceptionnelle : bienveillante, très accueillante, toujours souriante et attentive au bien-être de ses clients. Son sens de l’hospitalité a rendu ce séjour encore plus agréable. Je remercie également le réceptionniste de nuit pour sa bienveillance et son accueil chaleureux. Une adresse pleine de charme où l’on se sent véritablement attendu et considéré. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Good location & cleanness especially they provide the laundry service. The only weakness is be careful to double check your booking confirmation as my confirmed bookings were cancelled even though I have paid the full amount of the room rate.

The sanitation is good, and the breakfast is in the basement. It is indeed close to the city center. The room is small, really small, because it is newly renovated and well maintained, there is no smell. The surrounding area is relatively safe, and I have never encountered any thieves. There is a fruit stand at the intersection, and District 1 is very downtown.
