Breakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair. Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it. Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel. Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.

The hotel itself was wonderful and, compared to many of the hotels we experienced in France, it was definitely one of the best. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. However, there were two things that we did not really like. First, the area around the hotel did not feel very comfortable or safe to us, as there were quite a lot of homeless people around the hotel. This made us feel a little uneasy, especially when walking around the area. The second issue was the air conditioning. It was controlled by a central system and we initially could not set the temperature below 22°C. During our stay, there was a heat wave, so the room felt quite warm. We contacted the hotel, and they eventually adjusted it for us, which we appreciated, although we felt that they were not very happy about having to make the adjustment. Overall, the hotel itself was excellent and stood out compared to the other hotels we experienced in France. The room and facilities were great, but the surrounding area and the air conditioning system were the main drawbacks of our stay.

1. The hotel boasts a Nordic minimalist industrial design with a clean black, grey, and white color scheme. The bedding is new, and the bathroom fixtures and other facilities are well-maintained. 2. Exiting the hotel, you're right at the entrance to Metro Lines 13 and 14, making transportation incredibly convenient. 3. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, especially about 300 meters down Avenue de Clichy, where you'll find a Chinese restaurant offering both buffet and à la carte options. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. A special heads-up: directly across the street, there's an Istanbul Turkish restaurant. Avoid it at all costs! The food was absolutely terrible; I couldn't stomach more than a few bites and had to leave, which left the owner looking quite displeased!

The hotel is generally good, with a comfortable environment. However, the service needs to be improved. Even though the room had a ”Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff swiped the room card and let us in without knocking. The staff's service attitude needs to be improved through training.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for taking the subway. Our room faced the street and was quite noisy. The train station is right next door, and there's a lot of traffic, even at night. I wouldn't recommend it if you prefer quiet.

Amazing location with multiple metro stops nearby. The staff was very attentive to my needs as I have medications that rwquire to be kept at specific conditions. The room was clean and everything was functional, was well worth it for the price you paid for.

Today is the ID I posted before. I came across such a good hotel in one day. It was very welcoming. Breakfast was also charged and water was not provided. I gave a good review against my will for the sake of points.

The room is a bit small, but the facilities are relatively modern, the hygiene is okay, and the location is very good. It is a quiet and safe area. The service is first-class. There is a lady who can speak Chinese to show her love❤

I spent a wonderful 6 days in Paris with my daughter. The hotel is small, about 30 rooms, very comfortable. is in the wonderful 17th district of Paris, around a lot of locals, it was very interesting to watch their lives. The area is not touristic, but a lot of delicious local cafes and bakeries. Near the hotel is the mayor's building, we got on the holiday. In step-by-step access from the hotel and pharmacy, and shops, and laundry self-service. 15 minutes walk green park, a drink of green in Paris. Right at the hotel exit - bus stop 66. The hotel has a very kind staff. A lot of gifts, surprises and cute little things that will make your stay a good time.
