Super clean hotel, service was fabulous, location absolutely amazing with all shops, garden and restaurants around. There was a big disappointment with the noise level coming from the metro which runs right under the hotel. I stayed two nights and didn’t get any sleep during the first one because I had a room on the first floor. The noise was literally unbearable. The receptionists changed my room with one on the fourth floor and it was better but not great. The running metro every 3-6 minutes was still disturbing. The receptionis tried to compensate me with a free breakfast which was very thoughtful, however I prefer to sleep well to be able to enjoy Paris on the next day…

A great variety of breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect. 3 minutes from Louvre. Butobus stop 4 minutes. Unfortunately the SPA was not able to visit. The room is small as everywhere in the center of Paris. Very large bed. And it is very convenient to sit on the balcony. True, he is in the yard of the well.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted. Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type. Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

The most satisfying hotel on a trip to Paris, the service was excellent. The hotel is perfectly located with lots of interesting shops, restaurants and bars around, and a five minute walk from the subway station. The hotel itself is small and beautiful, with exquisite details.

It’s a nice hotel centrally located. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The shower is hot, and the bed is comfy…the pillows are a little to soft for my liking, but that’s a personal thing. Overall nice hotel, a little dated, but location is great.

Very conveniently located in the Saint Germain area and within less than a 5 mins’ walk from the metro. Room size was larger than usual by Parisian hotel standards. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. They even provided umbrellas when it rained.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

The reason for giving a five-star rating is that it is impossible to give a six-star rating. In all aspects, especially the service, it is impeccable and even exceeds expectations. The best stay experience in several years. We arrived in Paris in the early morning and put our luggage in the hotel early in the morning. Not only was the service warm, but they also took the initiative to provide us with coffee and bread! When we were walking around Paris during the day, the hotel butler also consulted us and booked a show in the evening. When we checked in in the afternoon, we were given a free room upgrade. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a check-in greeting card and snacks. The breakfast was also perfect! The service was very warm and considerate. The location was perfect. The hygiene was excellent. (The mattress had seven layers of bunks) It can be felt that all the staff in the entire hotel are serving with their heart, not just working.

Especially like it! ! Just near the church, you can hear a few bells in the evening. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the curtains are opened the next morning. The sun is so beautiful. The sister at the front desk is very nice! Breakfast is very good, you can watch the beautiful garden and enjoy breakfast. Like the decoration style. The location is also very good. I will stay next time.

The location of the hotel is very good, the travel is very convenient, you can go to many places within walking distance, of course not a big attraction, it is some very chic place. The service of the hotel is also very good, very warm, very fond of the staff of the bar, will give you a lot of advice. The only fly in the ointment is that bathing is a disaster!
