The hotel is strategically located in the center of Paris. Although the room is clean and tidy, the service is poor. The concierge kept our luggage until we left and asked for it to be delivered to the room before he impatiently agreed. The most interesting thing is that when we left the hotel and went to the airport, a taxi came. The doorman did not allow him to take us. Instead, he called one for us, and then went to Charles de Gaulle Airport and asked us for 80 euros. But the government stipulates 65 euros on the left bank and 56 euros on the right bank. So, is Mandarin 13,000 RMB a night a shady hotel? I definitely won’t stay there again, because compared to the Intercontinental I stayed at when I returned to Paris, it was just ****.

Amazing stay!!! Everything was exceptional and everyone we engage with was truly speacial . Thank you in particular to Mr. Finardi for making feel us at home . À fuite pour prendre un verre le soir. Service catastrophique, salière et poivrier cassé, 25 minutes pour obtenir un accompagnement, rosé servit chaud. Le jambon de parme était collé comme si vous l'achetiez sous vide au supermarché. Un hôtel qui ne mérite malheureusement pas ses 5 étoiles.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and impeccable, we are very grateful to Paul at the Front Office for all the assistance during our stay. We loved the room and the strategic location of the Hotel which gave us the opportunity to throughly explore the city.

Esperávamos algo digno da bandeira Mandarin, contudo não foi tudo isso. O serviço de concierge foi ruim, muito pouco resolutivo e sem qualquer presteza. No nosso check out o front desk errou o uso do cartão e debitou o valor mais a caução. Muito ruim. O hotel tem uma infra muito boa, mas o staff ficou a desejar.
