We had a fantastic stay at the Saint James Paris! The highlight was definitely the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff—everyone from the front desk, doorman, and bellman to the restaurant staff and housekeeping made us feel right at home. The pool and facilities were a pleasure to use, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. While the location is a bit out of the way, it’s peaceful and still convenient to get around by Uber, metro, or on foot. We especially appreciated the proximity to iconic spots like the Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, and the Champs-Élysées, as well as the nearby shopping in the Victor Hugo area. A special mention goes to Pilou, the resident hotel cat, who added a unique and charming touch to our experience! Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and exceptional service—we look forward to returning!

Je ne connaissais pas particulièrement cet hotel mais je dois reconnaître que celui ci est l'un de mes favoris du à sa discretion non seulement géographique mais aussi envers sa clientèle, d'ailleurs cet hôtel possède une cinquantaine de chambre. Aussi, je voulais mettre l'accent sur la Conciergerie, en effet ils ont équipe très efficace, agréable et surtout humaine, notamment Rémi qui a été pour moi mon interlocuteur privilégié qui a rendu le séjour de mes clients inoubliable. Bien entendu je ne peux parler de Rémi sans parler de toute l'équipe, notamment Pascal le chef Concierge ainsi que ses collègues, Baptiste très dynamique et accueillant, Vincent, Najib et Arnaud, ils ont été incroyable mais Vrai ! Stephanie du restaurant, a été aussi très attentive et attentionnée, je la félicite et lui souhaite une excellente carrière dans l'hôtellerie car elle le mérite et ce sont ces personnes en question qui nous donnent envie de revenir au Saint James qui est un très bel établissement. While it's not located in the heart of the city, it's just a short drive away from all the main attractions, making it a peaceful yet convenient choice for exploring. My husband and I spent a glorious weekend at the St. James. It's very beautiful, very comfortable, and very luxurious in every sense. The best part might be the staff who are just delightful and helpful in every possible way. Every person at the St.James meets you with a smile and offers help instantly. The Concierge can do anything. Also, the location is great...it's not far from all the museums, but far enough from the center of the city to be peaceful. And it's just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées. We can't wait to return.
