I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood that feels safe and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. It is about a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which was a great bonus. The hotel is also close to several bus routes and subway stations, making it easy to get around the city. Public transportation provides direct access to many popular attractions, including the Louvre Museum and other major landmarks. Overall, this is a great choice for travelers who want a peaceful area to stay while still being well connected to the main sights of Paris.

Stayed during Olympics, fantastic location near to south Paris arena. Quite spacious room compared to other hotels in Paris. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that only two bottles of complementary water were given to a room accommodate four and refused to provide more when asking. You need to get to the bar on ground floor to buy.

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle and the experience was very positive overall. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with friendly and professional staff. The “Privilege” room was very comfortable and well equipped, including a minibar with complimentary items, as well as organic juices and tea—details that I really appreciated. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, and also extremely convenient for public transport, with the metro only a 30 seconds walk away. Another plus was the 12:00 checkout time, which made the stay feel relaxed and unhurried. Overall, a great choice for comfort, location, and quality of service.

The cleanliness was passable – at least I didn't get bitten by bugs, but the bugs in the elevator lobby were a different story... The environment was decent. Many European tour groups stay here. The hotel is right next to the subway, and our room was on the side closer to the park, so it was very quiet. One time, we left the room with the key card in to keep the power on, but when we came back after grabbing a bite, the key card was gone. I went to the front desk to ask about it. I told them it's fine if they remove it, but they should leave it on the counter. Otherwise, what if they accuse me of missing a card, or what if they use a key card to enter my room whenever they want? A middle-aged woman, who seemed like a local French person, was incredibly arrogant. She didn't even look at me properly and simply replied, 'We just took it out.' The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to pull out the stopper every day.

Easy check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff. Every request was handled immediately. The breakfast offered a great selection. The photo booth in the dining room was a fun feature. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but this wasn't an issue since there's a bus and train station just a 10-minute walk away. The drinking water dispensers on each floor were also a nice touch. The only small challenge was operating the air conditioning because the lettering was worn off.

It was fantastic because the moment you step out from the hotel, you can see the eiffel tower 🥰 All the staffs are very friendly and accomodate! Answer to all questions, I wish they given 2 water bottle instead of just one since its for 2 person, but they told us to fill the water on the ground floor 😅 but location wise and safety, get this hotel! You won’t regret it 😘

The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The hotel’s amenities added a lot of value to the experience. The common areas were well maintained, and the facilities were easy to access. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to different preferences. Everything was replenished promptly, and the dining area remained clean and comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is very convenient. It’s close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, making it easy to get around without hassle. Despite the central location, the hotel felt calm and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this hotel delivers a great balance of comfort, service, and value. The staff’s hospitality, combined with the clean rooms and convenient location, made the stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would confidently recommend it to others looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!
