In general, I still highly recommend this hotel... First in Paris... Don't want bicycles at this price, okay? In all fairness, I think this hotel is worth the price
Location: Very convenient, backed by Galeries Lafayette, 5 minutes walk from the Paris Opera, 20 minutes walk from the Louvre, 40 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, you will pass the Arc de Triomphe on the road, and you can also visit the Champs Elysees... in short... location Super convenient, we happened to be on strike when we went, it is very convenient to walk to various attractions
Facilities: Although the mahjong is small and well-equipped, we have booked double and triple rooms with independent bathrooms, and the toilets are clean and smell-free!!! This is very important. There are hair dryers in the toilets, and all the basic equipment. The heating is very hot...I don't know how to adjust it đ too hot. The front desk was very welcoming and sent us our luggage for free. I stayed for one night and left the luggage twice...Six boxes were stored for us...Breakfast was good. Anyway, those who are used to Western breakfast shouldnât have any problems. Simple milk, cereal, toast, croissant and fruit
The only fly in the ointment is that the front desk made a mistake in the order... keep telling me that I did not pay and asked me to give cash... But I paid online on Ctrip, and it took him a long time to check before telling me that it was all right... I suggest you keep your eyes open!
The location is great, just a short walk after getting off the airport bus. The room has free drinks, the room is very clean, and the bathroom is quite large. The breakfast was delicious. There are many different yogurts to eat, and the croissants are delicious. The aisle of the hotel is very narrow and the elevator is very small. When it stops, it will give a shock. I was a little scared at first, but it is good to be used to it.

We arrived very early in Paris, on July 3, with my husband and my daughters (16 and 17 years old) it was 7 in the morning, on a Monday, and they allowed us to leave our bags, use the bathroom, to be able to go for a walk. comfortable around the city until our check-in time. They even told us that they would do their best to give us our room earlier than planned. We stayed in a family room, immaculate. With a two-stage bathroom, wardrobe / closet, desk, a very large TV, air conditioning (essential in summer), minibar, coffee maker (Nespresso). The reception staff are very friendly but above all efficient. At the reception there are snacks and drinks free of charge for the guest, they treated us very well and were very respectful. We checked out and were able to leave our bags to enjoy our last day in the city lightly, they hired us a taxi that would take us to the airport and we were able to wait for the car at the reception. I would go back with my family without hesitation. Many thanks to all the staff at Hotel Mogador.

Excellent location, quiet, clean with friendly staff. They gave us a triple that was in fact a double-adapted, which limited movements within the room, and above all there was no support even for a single trolley. The last night of a hotel problem they changed rooms giving us a true triple. The only sin, though informed when they arrive at the hotel, they don't deposit baggage.
Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.
First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6â as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3â and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. The water pressure was though very good and combined shower gel/shampoo is provided as are ample towels which are s

Cold, dark and quiet with a bathtub and a balcony! These items are very high on my list! So as much as the room was small, we expected that. However, there were some very odd design issues. The room seems to be designed with the idea that only one person will be sleeping in the room for a couple of nights. I say this, because the closet had room to hang about four items, there was no storage next to the beds and basically one shelf in the closet to put some clothing. The sink also didnât have storage. My husband got everything wet most morning, because the sink wasnât deep enough. However, the biggest design flaw was, if person 1 was in the bathroom and closed the sliding door and person 2 opened up the closet door and god forbid left the room, person 1 is now stuck in the bathroom. No phone in there either. I would stay here again, because the metro was right there and the area has many non tourist places to grab a quick bit. Front desk staff was very good. We did have an issue with the maid taking a working room key that was left in the room to keep the electric on. We had keys redone. The next day, we came back to our balcony door being open. Some security issues, in my opinion with this, but nothing was missing.
The hotel was good and the breakfast was perfect, enough choice. Itâs also good that you can park your car in the garage of the hotel. If you want to eat dinner at the restaurant, we do not recommend that. The staff who was working that evening was bad. The person who served us was not used to working in the hospitality industry. And therefore made a lot of mistakes like spilling a pepper barrel over me. In addition, at the end of the bill we were also surprised. We asked if their menu could also be eaten in the evening for the price that was on the menu. We asked her 3 times, both in English and French. And she confirmed that we could eat this for that price, but when we got the bill we had to pay everything so not the menu price. After bringing this up at the reception the hotel did nothing about it. A mistake by their staff that they didn't want to admit, a very unfortunate experience for us. Next time we will think about booking with this hotel chain, because if they listen to their guests in this way, this says more than enough.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

Excellent
AAMAR ANWARLocation:
Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too.
On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in.
Room
Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc...
Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold.
Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable
Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though)
Fast Wifi too.
Bathroom:
Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined.
Breakfast / Food
Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal.
We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here.
Facilities
It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not.
Gym
Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities
Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average.
I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.
GGuest UserI stayed in this hotel 18 years ago when I got married in Paris and it heals a very special place in my heart. Returning now, I am thrilled to find it still holds the spirit of the artists who inspire the design, even though it has been remodeled and does not look the same. The boutique space is spearheaded by the same lovely man who helped us so many years ago. He is the hotelâs greatest asset. Sanjay has a way of making his guests feel like their needs and preferences are all individually known and anticipated. The entire staff under his direction remember my face, my drink preferences, my taste in culture and food for perfect suggestions. I cannot think of any place I have stayed where the staff has been so in tune with my needs. Highly highly recommend staying here!
GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return⊠8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a âclassic villa roomâ which felt much smaller and wasnât very nice. This also wasnât explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didnât realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep⊠6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasnât so late when we checked in I wouldâve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.
DDenne GohLocation was good but the nearest Metro now is under upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room was small but clean. Problem is the only way to get drinking water is to go all the way to ground floor with your own bottle. I can understand the need to cut down on plastic bottles for Planet Earth. But at least have a water dispenser on every floor. Water is essential for life. But have just one water point on the ground floor goes to show that simple guests needs are not prioritize.
GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service
My recent stay at HĂŽtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, HĂŽtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, HĂŽtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.
BBettyThe hotel is a bit old around the corridors and walkways! its working on renovating but once inside the room it is nice and clean so wasnt too fussy on it! Great location, safe and easy accessible to tourist sights and shopping. Front desk was also very helpful so overall would recommend it just the hotel needs to work on finishing its renovation so it looks newer!
KKara TaiThe location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities.
Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.
GGuest UserThis is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it. Our room was of good size and very comfortable. It overlooked the front, but there was no noise as the windows and walls are well insulated. The bathroom was small and the bathtub was narrow, although it had a powerful shower head above. On the ground floor next to the reception area is a smart dining area. We only had coffee here and relaxed in the comfortable sofas. The staff are very friendly and gave us sightseeing tips and advice in fluent English. We loved the location - itâs in a quieter, semi-residential district, whilst still close to several shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Most importantly itâs around the corner from the stunning Sacre Coeur and the artistsâ square. We like walking and enjoyed âgetting the steps inâ by strolling down the hill to the central areas and main sights. The funicular makes this hill climb easier for those wishing to take this option. The bus is a great option for getting to and from the hotel. We used it to return to the hotel on one occasion - the hotel is located close to two stops - tickets are cheap.
GGuest UserHad a really good stay there! I went with one friend and we met amazing people! The bar is cheap and nice!! A perfect way to meet new friends from around and from the hostle. I recommend. Our windows was broken and they fixed it! Itâs not Wow but itâs still cute! The bathroom is really basic.
GGuest UserThe hotel had poor standard, the decor was worn and old, but nice price and clean. It was closed to subway, and not to far for walking to attraktions. Some of the staff spoke French rather than English, so communication was difficult. Ordered continental breakfast when booking the hotel, but wanted gluten-free. Tried to get in contact with the hotel several times via email and explain, but they newer answered. When we arrived they couldnât help us, so had to go to the grocery store and buy my own breakfast, without compensation.
