Check in was smooth, and the hospitality was awesome!!! Love the efficiency of how they work to get my room ready even despite the check in time still has a few hours away… room was big and the amenities were nice! Love the toiletries at Conrad, thanks conrad manila … you’ve been awesome will stay the nxt time when im back to mnl!!! Great stay 🥰

Personally only the pool is good! The rest of the services don’t live up to the Conrad label. Will probably not come again.

The deposit process terrible! Had to pay 30,000 pesos for my rooms. Only to be informed I will get it back only after 3 months!!

Great room, nice amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and a great view of manila bay sunset. Sauna and steam room are available after a work out or a swim

The best! We had a late check-in and was offered late checkout at 2pm. Beautiful pool, beautiful room, comfybed, pods for coffee and most memorable is the free stuffed toy. Definitely going back for my birthday 🙏🏻

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The initial room had a disappointing partial sea view, leading me to recommend choosing a partial pool or sea view instead. Staff were accommodating in changing the room, which was a plus. Dining was a letdown, with a steak overcooked and a hair found in the rice on two separate occasions. On the bright side, the bar offered a great experience with its excellent selection of drinks. We also tried the spa, opting for a couple's massage in a special room, part of an 18K promotion. The spa experience was enjoyable, albeit pricey, but fitting for the hotel's standard. However, the hotel’s confusing layout and the mixed dining experiences make me hesitant to return.

Great service from arrival to departure. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Breakfast buffet had good variety. No complaints.

Excellent place to stay, near MOA for shopping. Very clean and relaxing place for vacation. Staff are so great people. Pool was superb and staff are so kind. I will be back there.

This is hotel is super classy. 5 stars all the way. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t maximize the facilities and everything it has to offer as our time then was just for a night and super tired coming from Boracay. Nevertheless I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again hopefully for a longer stay. I would imagine that’s it’s a great staycation for families in Manila. A little on the expensive side albeit.

During my stay in Manilla I stayed at the Conrad hotel. The location is close to the sea front, although the view is not much to be excited about, it views the quarry and large fishing boats. There is a mall 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel with plenty of restaurants and activities to do. In the hotel, there is one outdoor pool which is not heated, a gym which you can access through the stairwell on the third floor, a spa where treatments can be booked, and several restaurants and bars during the day for your choice if you wish to stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast as there are plenty of hot international options with a range of juices, as well as tea and coffee, cereal, fruit and pastries. The hotel staff were always fantastic and the laundry service and in room service was very quick.

The service is consistent to all employees. Best stay here celebrating my mom's bday!
