Very clean. Unfortunately there is no refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and there is free mineral water on each floor.

Considering the relatively low accommodation cost, I think it's worth coming back. However, the soundproofing is insufficient, so people who are sensitive to noise should be careful.
Good points: Location, friendly staff, low price, relatively clean and simple room
Bad points: Noise echoes (other guests' voices, alarm sounds, employee walkie-talkies, etc.), ants and small cockroaches, crowded elevators (because guests and employees use the same elevator), dirty carpets
