superb 5 star employee Ganesh Kumar provides exceptional service at the Citrus cafe. People oriented, goes above and beyond to meet needs of the customer. Truly a value added employee of Lemon tree patna . Entire staff also superb which likely stems from his positive energy.

Good service with customer friendly service. Room cleaning & maintenance is best. To serve water changing bedsheets & tower changes recommended after two days. House keeping Alok kr& aAmitesh Saurav are very customer friendly. Noce service

The food was excelent and also the service, expecially that by chandrashekhar! The room was so nice, it was really big and the clean service was perfect They have also the loundry where you can choose different service Everything was Appriciated

Stayed for 2 nights at lemon tree patna. Check in was quick, the room was spacious. Basic amenities are there like bathroom accessories and coffee machine. During one night there was a power cut for a short time. Buffet during dinner is reasonable at a price with adequate spread. The staff at the restaurant is very good. Mr chandrasekhar is really good in taking the needs of the customers. Sleep quality was good. I also feel that as a 5 star hotel it needs some improvement: bed mattress, towel quality need upgrade. Bathroom floor, shower need better cleaning. All the staff are very courteous.
