Good Hotel but not accept International CreditCard
Stayed one evening 29th March....festival started and was very noisy from temple until late at night and started again in very early hours. Hotel comfortable and clean. Staff friendly. However biggest issue is does not accept international credit cards.

Lation and food is good, however the challenge is related the services provided at the hotel, housekeeping services are pathetic, rooms are not cleaned properly, when you request for something, eg towel, they will not bring til the time you call them multiple times, there was no refilling of tea items during my two days stay, Do not how the room was cleaned that, used bowl lid was kept there only post room cleaning, moisturizer bottle was still lying half open, the same way at the same place post room cleaning. Two persons were staying in the room and one towel was given, both the days in-had to request for additional towel.

The rooms were very clean n tidy. The overall decor was good. Linen was not up to the mark. Towel was old n lots of marks in it. Room service was also not up to the mark. Check in process took a very long time
