The restaurant is very good and inexpensive. Breakfast is fine, the omelettes are perfect. Coffee could use an upgrade. WiFi is very good but it falls quite often and you have to reload. The pools are a pleasure. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the views from the room are excellent. Staff are wonderful. I love the original art work on the walls, the sculptures and furniture in the lobby. This is one of my favorite hotels, it’s something in between a boutique and budget hotel. Lots of character. I have stayed here many times and plan to stay many times more.

No expectation on facilities and beverage when compared with the room price.

We stayed with my husband in this hotel for 2 weeks in December 2023. We liked the location of the hotel, in the center of Pattaya, a 3-minute walk from the waterfront, but the hotel is located on a quiet street. The view from the room was amazing! We was pleased with the presence of a large swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. We will stay at this hotel next time! The perfect combination of price and quality!

酒店位置附近有大型商場步行只需5分鐘就到，夜市就10分鐘行到，shopping食飯都方便，員工十分熱情親切，可惜酒店設施比較舊，泳池水比較污濁，而且房間內有大量螞蟻，但以二百多港紙一晚仲有海景露台都算可以接受。

Good location, walk down to the beach about 100 meters, very large room, breakfast included. Or buy just 150 baht more, which is very good.

The room is quite big! The price is reasonable! The location is close to the beach! It is also close to 21 Department Store where you can go shopping and eat delicious food, especially the food court with super cheap prices! This is the second time staying here

The environment is good, the staff are efficient, but the swimming pool needs to be cleaned. The price is very reasonable. There is no big problem with the room overall, but the shower head needs to be replaced. I live on the top floor and can look at the sea from the terrace. The view is very good. I will choose again.

Condition of the room is old according to age. The bathroom smells like pipes and the door must be closed at all times. The door is very difficult to open with a key card. OK about the location and view that can see the sea in the distance.

The room is spacious and has a sea view. You can see the ocean from the sea view room. The hotel is old but clean and nice. Second Road, Beach Road, laundry etc are very close. The balcony is spacious and nice.

The furniture in the lower floor I live in is old, but my friend lives in the high-rise building which is newly renovated. The breakfast options are simple, but there is a variety of food with rice every day, and it tastes good, but it may not be the first choice for my next visit.

It's very cost-effective. It's a bit old compared to other new hotels. It's in a quiet area, so I can sleep really well. The bed is a bit hard, but it was actually good.

Khunnai's house is a good place to stay. Breakfast is good at a certain level. The employees speak well and are helpful. And there is enough parking. Every room has a sea view, very beautiful. Recommended. Going to Pattaya, I will choose to stay here again. I really like it.

Stayed one night. The hotel is tired, but this deficiency is compensated by the cordiality and friendly attitude of the staff. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance and shopping mall and beach road. You can eat at the hotel for very modest money. Breakfast is not bad, you definitely won’t leave hungry. Interestingly, at the reception there are small cabinets with ancient Thai kitchen utensils, an old Harley stands like an exhibit. We really liked the hotel.
