Highly recommend for families of four! You won't need two rooms, especially with the 84-square-meter unit – it truly felt like 84 square meters. During the Spring Festival, it was around $16xx-$18xx per night, including breakfast for four. It had two bedrooms, three beds, a very spacious living room, and a massive balcony where you could practically land a plane! It offered nice campus views, even though the building was only eight stories high. Downstairs, there are several restaurants, and an IGA is right next door. A heads-up: if you need parking, make sure to book ahead by phone; it's $17 a day. The only downside is that it's not in the city, about a 10-minute drive away, but seeing the constant flow of university students on campus was quite enjoyable!

I visited by rental car. The location was very easy to find using Google Maps. The reception entrance is by the rotary, but you can't park in the rotary itself. So, I had to temporarily park in an empty spot along the road that runs parallel to the Kune river, opposite the reception from the rotary. Luckily, there was an available parking space, but the road is narrow, so it might have been tricky if there hadn't been any. The reception is open 24 hours, which is very convenient, but sometimes the staff steps away, which can be a bit of a scare. All the staff members were kind and very helpful. After checking in, we were assigned a specific parking spot with a designated number. There's an elevator from the parking lot to each room, which is extremely convenient. However, the parking spaces aren't very wide; our car was a Nissan X-Trail, and it was quite difficult to get in and out due to the narrow gap between our car and the next one. The room was as spacious and comfortable as I expected. There were two showers, both easy to use. A washing machine and dryer were installed, which I found convenient for long stays. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very user-friendly. We could buy groceries at the supermarket and cook or heat them in the microwave, which saved money on meals. There's only one air conditioner in the living room, so its effectiveness in mid-summer is unknown, but we didn't experience any inconvenience in late March. A fan was also provided in the bedroom, but we didn't use it. Coffee and tea were available, and we could make hot water with the provided kettle. My son bought cup noodles at the supermarket and was happy to eat them there. The view from the room wasn't particularly great, but there was a table and chairs on the balcony. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Elizabeth Quay and Perth Port. It was a convenient location for catching the ferry to Rottnest Island. Elizabeth Quay station and the bus terminal are also about a 10-minute walk away. There's a bus stop on the street in front of the hotel, but we didn't use it as the routes were unclear. However, if you go to the bus terminal, the Blue CAT stops there, which is useful for heading towards Perth station. Jacobs Ladder is about a 5-minute walk, and climbing the stairs takes you into Kings Park. From the observation deck at the top of the stairs, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Swan River and Perth's high-rise district. In this respect, I felt the location was excellent. There's also a cafe nearby that's perfect for breakfast.
