"I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to Perth’s iconic landmarks. Highly recommend!"

"Room is very nice, only having double beds was annoying as I’m tall and take up space. Two issues, casting didn’t work for my TV and exhaust fan didn’t work in bath room. Overall an ok stay, I also feel valet parking is a lot at $65 AUD per night."

"First of all the price is good. Lost and found services is reliable and work well but response is slow. Staff is kind and understand for early arriving customers. Cleanliness is above average but calcium around tap is not treated. Stay is pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended."

Furthermore, incorporating a small table to utilize the enclosed balcony and upgrading the plastic outdoor chairs at the dining table would enhance the amenities. Positive aspects include complimentary parking and convenient access to major roadways. The proximity to the central business district (CBD), a 10-15 minute walk, and nearby bus services are also advantageous.The kitchen is functional with basic cooking equipment, but again cooking oil especially for short term guests would be appreciated by guests. The environment is generally quiet and conducive to a hassle-free stay. I would consider a return visit if discounted rates are available. However, at the current pricing, which can be perceived as elevated, I would likely explore alternative options."

"Exceptional stay from start to finish I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. "Very good location, buses from at front the hotel, nearby amenities and the Swan River at the back. Staff member reception nice ,same as service cleaning. Place where you can sleep all night, quait secure and silent.Got everything needs as microwave, fridge and some room with kitchen. Prices similar with the rest around that aerea . Staying there could be repeat again if is necessary."

"The hotel's location is super convenient; it's about a 10-minute walk to landmarks like London Street and Swan Tower. Since it's a historic building, there's no elevator. Check-in at the front desk was quite unique, as shown in picture 1. The room was very clean, and the fridge even had complimentary milk and mineral water. Checkout was simple – just drop the room card into the box on the ground floor. You need a password to enter and exit the main gate, which is printed on the room card sleeve. Breakfast was interesting, served in an old building restaurant right next to the hotel. It's not a buffet; you order from a menu. My booking included breakfast, but when I got there, the server informed me that anything over $15 would be charged extra. There were only two options within the $15 limit: two slices of toast ($8) or two fried eggs plus two slices of toast ($15)."

"The hotel is surrounded by a ton of food options, from Asian and Western to international cuisine. It's super convenient for dining. There are also public parking spots available outside the hotel. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to Perth Station, so the location is really good. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small. If you book the most economical room type, you might not be able to fully open a large suitcase. However, it's still excellent value for money."

"We stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star. When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store. Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day. The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark. The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :( On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased. The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive. Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu. The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips. Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!"
