When I booked the room, I called the hotel and informed them that I would be checking in late, between 12:30 AM and 1:00 AM. The staff member, a woman who answered my call, assured me that I could check in at that time. However, upon my arrival, the hotel was closed. I waited outside the hotel for an hour, attempting to call the hotel, but my calls went unanswered. There was a notice in front of the hotel instructing guests to collect the key card from the restaurant next door. When I went to the restaurant, they seemed unaware of the situation and directed me to call the hotel again, even though I had already tried multiple times. This experience was highly unfair and caused me significant inconvenience. It was also a complete waste of money.
