I paid extra for a Superior room, over $100 per night, and the air conditioner was hanging down from the ceiling on one side with the other side held up with duct tape. I made a special request for a quiet room, but you can still hear the blaring music until 4 am, though it is muffled compared to the standard room. Luckily, one night it rained so hard that the bars closed around 1 am. The bathroom was not the same as the majority of the photos on the website, which show an updated version, but they sneak in one photo of the rundown version most guests receive to deliberately deceive you. Only cold water from the sink that was clogged when we arrived and the dated faucet could not be set in place anymore, so moved around freely. The shower would cannot get hot, only warm, and there is no way to fix the shower on the wall at a usable angle, so no hands free
The staff overall is friendly, but are not proficient in any other languages. The front desk staff is friendly until you have a complaint, which they must be tired of hearing, the hotel is so bad.
Breakfast is in a beautiful location on the beach, but use bug spray on your lower legs if you don't want to be eaten alive. The breakfast itself was disappointing, offering only one local dish, not particularly well made. At least the coffee was pretty good by Thai standards, but even that was inconvenient as there is only one machine which is slow and a cue develops quickly.
The pool was quite nice.

The rooms are old and wrecked. Ask for a dental kit when checking in. Everything else is fine.

Amazing location and really lovely pool, if you are just sleeping here is ok but a little noisey, terrible wifi but staff are nice rooms are super basic and needs a refurb.

If you take a more expensive room, then maybe everything will be fine. We had a standard room, it was just awful, I am not the first time on Phi Phi and therefore I knew that here you can guess wrong with the accommodation, but this is absolutely disgusting: the kettle is broken, the sink is broken, the tap in the shower is broken, on the positive side, the bed linen is clean, but for some reason everything is in sand! The pool is beautiful, but we were unlucky with the weather and therefore we did not swim. Of course, I will not go here a second time

The check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

Pool is the best thing about this hotel. Amazing view and also really nice and rich breakfasts. Room cleaning was a bit weird, but overall, all is good. Definitely a decent place to stay on Phil Phi

I’ll write right away about the staff - they are very good, kind and friendly. Our bad feeling began when we entered the room - it was terrible, there was not enough space, everything was old, the shower in the bathroom was covered with tape, the air conditioner did not work, neither did the TV, there was sand in the bed. We asked to change us to another room - it’s good that there was a free room nearby. We were just lucky. Everything was just as terrible, but at least the air conditioning worked. The hotel was booked and paid for online and all these shortcomings are not shown in the photo. The only thing that really pleased me besides the staff was the location, everything is there and the beach is a 2-minute walk, there is also a swimming pool.
