They assign me a small room less around 25 sq. M or less, after i complained. They change me to a bigger room, 32 aq. M as confirmed. They are trying to cheat you if you do not complain. There is only one beside table. Only the right side. No shower curtain. There is something wrong with the renovation planning of this hotel.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This hotel has extremely poor value for money. The temperature in the room was 32 degrees Celsius (see Figure 1), and the air conditioner switch was broken. The hair dryer is broken (see picture 2). The socket is double-sided adhesive (see Figure 3). The water in the shower wouldn't flow (it became even more clogged after repairs). The exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken (it can rotate after repair, but the sound is like a motor), and the water output in the shower fluctuates between high and low, cold and hot. I asked to change to a room across the door (for convenience of moving). The male waiter at the front desk (see Figure 4) first said that the room had been booked (according to the waiter, the occupancy rate of the hotel is extremely low, and more than half of the rooms are vacant). There are details for booking online. Room number? Later, he asked me why he didn't come to me to explain the damage to the room two days ago? There was no sign of the male waiter in picture 4 for two days. After being exhausted, he said that the room opposite had a double bed and was 5$ higher (this is the key) and could not be changed. I pointed out: We stayed in a high-floor view room, a bad room for two days in a row, and we didn’t get any compensation. We were still calculating the 5$ price difference. By the way, this hotel is far away from the scenic spots; the hotel is close to the main road, and the roar of motorcycles is endless. It is so noisy that I can't sleep well all night. There is a piercing sound every morning at four o'clock; the hotel's services and facilities are extremely poor. . Looking at the air-conditioning switches and facilities in Figure 1, you can tell how old and dilapidated this hotel is. The hotel tries to hide its opening time by not telling others.

The location is excellent, it's convenient to go anywhere, it's reasonably priced and very easy to use, and although the facilities aren't quite up to scratch, it has the bare minimum of what you need.The cost performance was excellent.You can also walk to the central market and go anywhere. It was very nice to be able to go to sightseeing spots and places to eat by tuk tuk.

Centrally located with excellent facilities. Close to everything. Big rooms. Lots of space. Great air conditioning. We found the staff friendly and keen to help. We stayed during the new year celebrations so many restaurants were closed.

Clean and suitable. The breakfast, buffet style, had a good variety of hot and cold food and plenty of fresh fruit. The staff were friendly, especially the porters. I required hospital treatment, took a while for the ambulance to arrive, though I don't feel that was the fault of the hotel. The stretcher would not fit into the lift, so I was transported down in a porters trolley! to be honest, once I felt better, it was quite funny. When I was released by the hospital and returned back to the hotel, I was greeted by concern by the porters, whom always asked how I was. On the negative side, the "offical" staff, never once asked me. The bar staff were also great.

We were really happy there. Room was clean, big enough, good AC (silent) and breakfasts were like heaven, lot of choices and everything was delicious. Staff were friendly. Location is good, easy to walk to night market and other locations in centrum. We can recommend it :)
