The good hotel and good trip. That comfortable and cleaning

Facilities: 6 stars Hygiene: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: 6 stars Service: 6 stars I want to give it a strong thumbs up I didn't have high hopes for it, after all, the price is not expensive, but I didn't expect everything in the hotel to be very good, and we were given a free spa, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel contracted the entire beach, the glass sea, the blue and clear water, and many marine projects were free of charge. Seeing that we checked in very late, they automatically delayed our check-out to 4 pm. I was very touched. Everything in the hotel is so beautiful, the room is super warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious and rich in variety.

The staff were all friendly and the service was good. The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's hard to go out of town. It's quiet and the beach is deserted, so it felt like I rented it. You can check various information and make reservations with the Maya app, so even if you're not good at English, you don't have to worry.

Quite a cozy place and the beach is impeccable.

The resort is very attentive to every little bit, I like the make-up service every night with a cake as a good night, the only criticism is that the room price is a bit high, but it combines 2 single beds into a double bed and the room does not have a bathtub.

The staff are very enthusiastic and gentle, never let me be confused, don't know what to do. The most satisfying is Vi restaurant, really every dish is very delicious.

My first time in Maia, and it was such an amazing experience, I love the recreation team as they are lovely and super friendly. Special thank to Mr. Vương from Rec team, Ms. Hoà and Duyên from FO team for creating such an amazing time for us. We will definitely go back to Maia again.

Absolutely stunning resort, tranquil and the staff are so amazing and kind. Highly recommend a stay here. The beach was quiet and peaceful and have lots of sport activities available. The spa treatments available were great. The food and beverages were superb.

A beautiful place to rest, relax and enjoy special moments with family and frends, very comfortable and sophisticated design of facilities that helps to access the amenities easily. Beautiful room, clean and beautiful swimming pool and beach. Especially the staff are very nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Vị Restaurant served us a delicious lunch meal called Mien Trung Banquet! must try! We had a great experience and joyful times here! Definitely will come back

Currently staying at the resort and we are into day 6 of 9 - The resort is very peaceful and has fantastic facilities for their guests to enjoy. The Spa: A tranquil haven designed to reset and balance the body and mind. The staff help to create calm and are knowledgeable and professional. During our stay we have experienced many treatments all done to a high standard: all the staff work hard to maintain satisfaction and I would like to say a personal thank you to Tra who has gone above and beyond and in our opinion is an asset to the resort. The Restaurant: Here you will find an abundance of choice to suit every taste. The open plan layout and high spec finish have succeeded in producing a visually appealing area to dine in. The attention to detail has not gone unnoticed and the attentiveness of staff makes for a wonderful service. A mention must go out to Le, Nga and Vin, who along with the rest of the team are top class at their jobs. Reception: These guys are amazing! Nothing is too much hassle for them and they are always waiting with a smile to answer any questions or queries you may have during your stay. They will also help you organise and plan anything you may like to do in or out with the resort. Well done. You are a great team! House keeping and grounds team: All work in unison to keep everything in and around the villas, resort and pool areas spotless. What hard work they have, but they seem to do it with ease and never stop working tirelessly to bring you an inviting environment from the moment of entry. Pool team and recreational team: We never got to experience the beach activities as the season is not suitable at the moment. The water is too rough. But I can imaging from April to Sep it would be a stunning beach to swim in and I have been informed by the recreational team that there is an array of sports to cater for all levels of fitness and experience. There is a great gym that is available all day every day if you need to work out and the beach is still great for long runs. We explored the surrounding areas with the help of the team at Maia and had a fabulous day out visiting the temples, pagodas and beaches nearby. Many great pictures were took on this day. Maia resort is a must visit destination for anyone looking for high standards, relaxation and zen. And is a credit to the General Manager Marcus, whose team are happy at their jobs. Excellent resort! We got a spa package which included generous and diverse services. In-resort food options are great and delicious :) Rooms are amazing, very comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a getaway with family especially if you’ve been to the city before and are looking for extremely chill and relaxing time.

This place is incredible. White glove service the entire time. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend this place for a relaxed get away. Also if you are American, the deal is literally unbeatable. The massage was great as was the food.
