It was unfortunate that we were not aware of your allergies to extend our immediate support and regarding food issues, whether guests ate food inside or outside the hotel, we take them seriously. We have our Guest Relations Team to assist with booking medical appointment to nearby international clinic for professional check up and to do proper investigation with alleged food poisoning. After reading your review, our Kitchen & Restaurant Team have done proper procedures to doublecheck and investigate what happened but we have not received one complaint on food poisoning within hotel in the passed weeks.
