Super duper nice villa. Newly built private pool villa near Rawai beach Phuket. Suitable for big families. Pool is spacious got 2 rooms 3 bathroom. Can refer to the photos uploaded.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rawayana Central Park Villa! Location is few minutes from Rawai Beach, Starbucks, Supermarket (Tops). We are also able to find Halal food (Three Pyramid, Banana Nutella Pancake) nearby. They have amazing amenities for kids (Rawai Park) which has already been included in the package. The Villa is clean, service is superb (room service everyday), pool is well maintained. Room have microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove. I would recommend this Villa to those family with children that is visiting Phuket and want some time away from busy streets.

Outside of hotel is still under construction, little bit messy. Inside of villa is okay, the swimming pool was good, 1.4m deep is correct for kids. The breakfast was little bit poor, the quality of food is not suit with the hotel. Position of hotel is ok, close to the main road, have supermarket “TOPS” close, but the price is quite expensive, even more expensive than Shanghai! The service is just normal, the water only 4 bottles per day, if you need more, have to pay. Check out time is 12:00, not like in China can prolongate till 14:00 for free, here need to pay extra like 1000baht. Conclusion, it’s a quality/price correct ressort hotel.

New villa, hence everything is quite clean and new. Service was okay as well, but we would hope they'd not keep such a high amount of deposit.

It's good, but the swimming pool is 1.5 meters deep. We can't swim, and when we tried to swim, it was almost up to our necks, which was a bit dangerous.

The hotel is located near Rawai Beach, within 5 minutes walk out, you can call a golf car to tops supermarket, very convenient, lots of food nearby, and many massage parlors. Walking out of Rawai Beach you can call a boat directly out of the island. The hotel staff was polite and paid a deposit for check-in, I stayed for 6 days, deposit 5000 baht, you can use visa/master/cash, if you use a credit card it takes 1 month to be refunded. Breakfast in the hotel is very ordinary, American coffee is good, the rest is nothing special, if you request do not order breakfast, because walking out there are many good breakfast restaurants, mainly Western. The hotel is very quiet. There are 2 bicycles available in the room. But I am used to asking golf cars out. The swimming pool is 1.4m deep, not big, but enough. It is estimated to be about 10 meters long. There is a washing machine for use, no dryer, but there is a drying rack for use, I live in 2 bedrooms with 3 toilets. The bed is relatively hard, but sleep comfortably, the pillow is too soft. There is 1 hair dryer, not enough can ask him to get one more. In terms of air conditioning, the sun is not cold enough, but once the night comes, it is cold enough because there is no sun. All door locks tried not broken, there is a cam to the door, security is good. There is a barbecue, but I haven't used it here. The hotel has a lot of food. So you can ask foodpanda to deliver it directly to your home. The shower water pressure is enough. I replaced the filter shower, the filter used to the 3rd day has yellow, mind can bring your own filter shower. Overall 10 out of 10 I give 8 points. Good value for money. If you want to use a swimming pool, be careful when entering the house, as the floor tiles in the house will be slippery, you can put towels inside the house.

This hotel is the most satisfying one I stay in every year when I come to Phuket. This is my first time staying in this hotel. It is simply amazing. All the settings are very new, and the staff are very warm and polite. The hygiene is super clean. The water in the swimming pool also has a filtration system. In short, it is very good. There is a bigC supermarket nearby. The villa has a kitchen and matching pots and plates. I make my own breakfast every day! 711 and massage are very convenient. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach! I will continue to book this hotel next year

Very good, will come again next time. First choice for families, kitchen utensils are fully equipped, swimming pool also has surfing, island is very clean, room layout is very good, there are bicycles and barbecue grills.

The living room is large, the room is slightly smaller, and there is a swimming pool. There is a small yard with bicycles, which is very convenient for going out by bicycle. The security guard at the hotel entrance is very enthusiastic and salutes friendly when he meets you.

We stayed for 5 nights. The air conditioner was noisier on the first 4 nights. The safe broke on the first day, so they replaced it and told us to call the front desk if we had any problems. However, the phone was also broken. It was not fixed after we checked out. The air conditioner was fixed the night before we checked out, so it was not as loud, but it did not cool us. We could only sleep in the living room at night. As a result, the air conditioner in the living room made an abnormal noise. I took a video and showed it to the hotel. The hotel's response to us was to send us a breakfast and a piece of fruit, which I did not accept. I would like to praise Ctrip's after-sales service. They were really awesome and helped me negotiate for 2 days. Although I am not very satisfied with the result, I am very grateful to them.

I didn't take many pictures. The hotel is pretty good. The daily equipment is complete (coffee machine, juicer, oven, pots and pans, refrigerator, washing machine...). Although the location is a bit remote, the surrounding facilities are very complete, including shops, beaches, restaurants, and markets. The hotel staff are also very friendly, able to communicate in simple English, and have a great service attitude. The hotel is cleaned every day and the hygiene is kept very good. Overall, my friend and I are very satisfied and will consider booking again next time.

Suitable for family outings, it has two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Each villa has its own swimming pool and is within walking distance of the beach and a convenience store.
