The second time I stayed at the hotel, I thought that the hotel was cool because the previous room was good, the windows were good and there was almost no noise. This time we were accommodated on two floors below, the room was already tired, there were no windows and it turned out to be very noisy. For 4 days they never cleaned the room or changed towels. The website does not indicate that the hotel takes a 2000 baht deposit. An inconvenient moment before departure - we stained the towels with fruit. Before leaving in the evening, we were informed that they would not wash the towels and told us that we would wash them ourselves. Although the hotel provides linen that is not the freshest. It is surprising that the hotel did not even try to wash the towels. As a result, we had to take the towels to the laundry in the evening and wash them ourselves. Everything was washed, the towels were returned to their previous appearance. But they ruined our mood; instead of resting before leaving, we did laundry... I don’t want to come back here anymore

Booked and paid for ten days, stayed 2 days and went to Phi Phi for the rest. Got no sleep as tuk tuks pass by all night with really loud music pumping. Room was average bathroom needs maintenance. People were nice and food was good.

!!!SCAM ALERT!!! First: No Safety, No Cleanliness: They provided us only 2 towel and the blue one was old, dirty and smelly. Toilet seat panel was broken. Air conditioner filter was very dirty and no A/C cover. Cleaner just get inside the room without consent of the occupant.
Second : They take 2000 baht for deposit and later they show you faulty and charge you for small dirt which they don't brief you at first and don't have charges leaflets in the room, the hotel lady charged me 1000 baht for a small stain which does not cost more than 50 baht to laundry (also I have never seen a hotel that charges for dirty bed sheet). I asked lady to call the manager but she was not willing to call. The hotel lady told me to, ''wash and clean the bed sheet and then she will return my deposit amount.'' If I had a time, I would have washed and clean to proof them wrong but I was late for my flight so I left. Very disappointed at the end of our tour, they ruin me and my wife's happy tour. Worst experience till now.
Moral: ''Don't fall in trap for the cheap price.''

Checked in and reported that my tv didnt work.... they finally fixed it 24 hours later... i also asked staff to reset the safe so i could use it.... that never got done in my 3 days there..... also loud noises in the ceiling ( assuming rats) ..... i wouldn't stay there again.

Location is the only good thing Bed is very hard and old. Linen and towels not clean and they will try to scam you for an unreasonable amount paid in cash for it being dirty. Never been to a hotel scamming like that and i been to a lot. Only changed the towels 1 time during a 4 day stay and didnt change linen at all. The staff seemed friendly, but with a scam like that i cant give more than 1 star. Cant recommend it
