I talked to the staff and they told me to contact Trip.com ^^ I contacted Trip.com and they asked me for an answer as I was told that I had been upgraded to a room which neither the staff nor I had ever heard of, so I got even more upset hahahahaha The difference in the accommodation fee was almost 20,000 won, but I was tired of fighting so it was only about 10,000 won. I got a refund. It was my first accommodation of a long-term trip, and it was really... the worst^^ It was already depressing, but it was even more depressing because there were no windows.
