Condominium is 5 minutes walk from 2 different beaches, which is very convenient. There are 3 Thai boxing schools nearby, very convenient for those who want to get their body in shape and get fit. The condo has good wifi, TV access. The room has everything you need for one or a couple, including a stove, microwave, kettle and dishes. There are 2 air conditioners in the room. The soundproofing of the rooms is good, the balcony is spacious. Nearby there are 3 supermarkets, currency exchange, massage parlors and cafes.

Well, it's time for an honest review of a 2-week stay at this luxury village resort 😆 this is something from the category of expectation-reality. Beautiful photos and reviews that may have taken place several years ago. Dear travelers, if there is a possibility not to go to this hotel, then please do not go here. The hotel is not just tired, but fucked up. Stench, dirt, everything is broken!!! Shabby! The walls are stained. The countertop is trashed. The linen and towels are stained. By the time we arrived, they had not even washed the floor - obviously, the room had been standing for a long time. The safe is broken. The sofa is broken. We asked to fix it, so they impudently point to the "reservation" and say - "you only rented one bedroom", like there is no sofa there. They brought a new one, and it was also broken. The pull-out part constantly rolled out during sleep. The toilet takes the highest marks for filth. It was so unpleasant to be there. The glass partition in the shower was covered in stains that no one had cleaned for many years. It was scary to touch anything there. The smell 🤮 And the cherry on the cake - the air conditioner was "furry" from dust and dirt - I'm attaching a photo. And we breathed in this nastiness!!! Naturally, I immediately got bronchitis. Oh, and pigeon ****! It's everywhere! All the windows!!! Which no one washes! The balcony! And pigeons flew onto our balcony every day from 5 am and sang pigeon trills 😂 by the end of our vacation we got used to them. Now, in Russia, we already miss it 😂 They cleaned poorly. They swept up sand and dust with a broom in the passage - that's all. The floors were not washed. The only plus is the location! Luxurious Surin Beach is a 7-minute walk away. The receptionist said with a smart look - the pool on the roof is open until 8. Downstairs - until 11. We go up to the roof, and there is no pool - renovation!!! The pool downstairs was cold and unheated - impossible to swim.

The hotel is good, the staff is very responsive, any questions are resolved promptly. I will definitely come back here again

very nice room on the 1st floor with access to the pool. comfortable two-room room with its own small kitchen and necessary kitchen utensils. good design of the room and quite modern and not shabby furniture. bed linen and towels are not very new.
