“It’s been 8 years since my last stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed this time around. Room service took nearly 2 hours to arrive, and the breakfast options were very limited compared to what they used to offer or what you’d expect from other hotels. The rooms feel outdated, and several facilities are no longer available. Sadly, I won’t be returning.”

**Review: Disastrous Experience at Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket**
Our recent stay at the Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket was deeply disappointing and frustrating.
We booked 2 rooms hence I'm giving a review for both rooms.
Review for room 1 DELUXE KING ROOM:
To begin with, the room my sister was initially given bore no resemblance to the photos on the website. When I raised this issue with the staff, they dismissed it, attributing the discrepancy to an error by their agent. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE FALSE ADVERTISING. The floor in the balcony creaked with every step, the jacuzzi was filthy, the room smelled stale, and the bath tub water came out yellow. Additionally, there were men loitering outside her room, which made me feel unsafe for her and compelled me to request a room change.
The new room finally matched the photos, but it was a DOWNGRADE with no bath tub, and the jacuzzi in the next room was still dirty.
Even the deluxe twin room in the website stated it should have a bath tub. When asked, they said the reason was because the room already has jacuzzi and has pool view.
After all the inconvenience, my sister was left with a room that was inferior to what she had originally booked. Again, this is simply unacceptable. It has made her check out one night early.

Review for room 2 ONE BEDROOM SUITE:
The issues didn’t stop there. In the other room we booked, the bathtub tap wasn’t working. I called reception at 10PM and was told someone would be sent immediately. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called again, only to be informed that it would take another 10-15 minutes. If I had known I would be waiting over 30 minutes, I would have showered and gone to bed. I eventually canceled the request, only to find out that the hairdryer was also broken. I called reception again, and instead of addressing the hairdryer issue, they sent someone to fix the bathtub at 11 PM. The receptionist either didn’t understand my request or chose to ignore it, which was incredibly frustrating.
While fixing the bathtub, the water finally came out but it was dirty brown in color. I didn't even use the bathtub due to the disgusting color but my skin have rashes now probably because the shower water and jacuzzi is also dirty.
Further, this room lacks maintenance as the 2 TVs were old. The white sofa is visibly old and torn. The bedsheets felt cheap.
Moreover, some of the female receptionists were unprofessional and rude, which further compounded the poor experience. The lack of basic customer service and dismissive attitude were unacceptable.
The only better service I received were from Daino and Zaina who dealt with us with courtesy and professionalism. The service from the car driver was also good.
Location is also inconvenient and far from everything else.
Overall, our stay at Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort Phuket was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The lack of professionalism, poor room conditions, and unhelpful staff made our stay extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. Don't even think about getting Club Wyndham.
So disappointed this has definitely changed our views of the WYNDHAM reputation.

Worst experience of my life ever.
I booked 2 pool access suite rooms for 4 days. Worst decision ever.
You can get much more good properties in 10k.
Only first day pool jacuzzi worked and next 3 days it didnt work. Even after complaining multiple times they cudnt fix it.
Next worst part is the tub in room is very dirty and filled with dead cockroaches around it.
Even the water is worst.
Dont ever go in that dirty water.
Water is pale yellow.
Worst reception staff.
They have zero manners.
They treat you like you are their servants.
They speak rude with you, argue and even threat you that they will call police.
Dont waste your money in this property.

I loved loved loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and the private jacuzzi was my favorite thing. The atmosphere of the hotel is also very relaxing, they have beautiful greenery everywhere as well as ponds and pools. Would 100% recommend.

should have read the reviews before booking. my bad. the stay was okay however they placed us at the other end of the resort, up a steep hill and when we want to go for breakfast, its all the way on the other end of the resort which took us 15mins walk. not worth it. cleanliness wise: theres a lot of dust mites at random places, lizards, spiders and lots of mosquitos. i didnt even dare to use the bathtub. the toilet flush was weak too. on my second day, the cleaner came to do my room when i remembered i put a DND sign on it, fine i'll forgive that but they didnt even refill up the toiletries like soap. they just did the bed and thts all 🙄 breakfast was good, no comments. overall, the resort was rundown and would not recommend this place to friends and will also not come back.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the reception service. No one came to help me with my luggage. Additionally, the staff was unprofessional and rigid when handling certain requests, like providing a baby cot. They also insisted on either taking my passport or a 4,000 Baht deposit as a guarantee, something I’ve never experienced in other hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon entering the room, I was even more disappointed. The furniture was old and wooden, and there were many insects. You couldn’t even open the balcony door due to the bugs. I’ll attach photos as proof. The bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, and I woke up more than ten times during the night. Overall, the hotel is uncomfortable in every aspect, and I do not recommend it.
من لحظة دخولي الفندق، انصدمت من تعامل الاستقبال. ما حدا اجا يساعدني بشناتي. فوق هيك، تعامل الموظفين كان غير احترافي وجاف بالتعامل مع بعض الطلبات، مثل طلب سرير للأطفال. كمان طلبوا مني يا جواز سفري أو ٤ آلاف بات كضمان، وهو شي ما واجهته بأي فندق نزلت فيه من قبل. ولما دخلنا الغرفة، كانت الصدمة أكبر. الأثاث كان قديم وخشبي، وكان في كتير حشرات، وما فيك تفتح باب البلكون بسبب الحشرات. رح أرفق الصور للتوضيح. غرفة النوم كانت غير مريحة نهائيًا، وصحيت من النوم أكتر من عشر مرات. بشكل عام، الفندق غير مريح من كل النواحي وما بنصح فيه أبداً.

I really loved the staff in this hotel. If you have problems, they are more than willing to help you 🥰❤️ just like the instance that my phone was left in the taxi. They called the taxi driver and brought it back to me. ❤️

The hotel not clean alot of ants , and they are very materialistic, everything i asked them they told me i have to pay , the late check out every 1 hr /500 BH
, and The reservation stated that there was a child with me, and they did not want to give me an extra bed, they told me that she can sleep on the bed with you and her dad.. So I asked them, “Okay, why did I pay extra when i booked ?” They told me that you can enter the hotel, but you do not have a bed for her, or if you want ( pay more ) ? Everything they ask you to pay 😏

Location is super remote, unable to call grab to go out and had to get charged 3X more for the hotel to call me a taxi out which I’m ok to pay, just take note.
Cleanliness of the bed isn’t good, woke up with my face breaking out. This only happens in dusty environment and this is not ok.
Service isn’t great too. Had a mini tiff with a driver who can’t speak English and the hotel concierge staff was annoyed at me for asking her to translate LOL.
Amenities can’t say much since I was there for a short 6h but don’t think it’s gonna be great considering the above.
The room is pretty tho, exact to pics shown and the jacuzzi was great. But 1 star for everything because I wouldn’t come back again.

This was my first and would be the last time booking this hotel ,receptionist is weird requesting my credit card number +date of expired(i was already settled) and told me everyone has to do the same in the checkout!!!??+no one explained why and they Poker’s face

This was one of the best hotel few years ago. But recent experience is not good. Room was stinking, kettle was not washed from months, bedshit was old. Overall this time it was not a good experience with Wyndham Sea Pearl Resort
