5 stars for the quality of service, especially the service attitude and friendliness of the staff. My family had a very happy and satisfied holiday. Delicious food, affordable prices, especially the breakfast buffet is very diverse. The space is green, airy, with many facilities for children, especially the vegetable garden at Carmelina. Great place to unwind
We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a great place to come to when you just want to relax. It is peaceful, and nothing to do in the area except stay at the hotel, enjoy the beach or one of the pools. You should bring a lot of sunscreens! But else, it is totally worth the money!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Carmelina Beach Resort! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und kinderlieb. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass sich das gesamte Team sehr um das Wohl der Gäste sorgt – wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Da das Resort während unseres Aufenthalts recht leer war, hatten wir den Pool fast für uns alleine, was sehr entspannt war. Es gibt drei Pools – einen Salzwasserpool mit Blick auf´s Meer, ein Süßwasserpool und ein Kinderpool mit Spielplatz im Wasser. Für Familien gibt es ein super Angebot mit einem Indoor-Spielbereich und einer Spielhalle, was gerade in der Regenzeit ein echter Pluspunkt ist. Besonders beliebt bei unseren Kindern waren die Hasen, die man streicheln und füttern konnte. Wir hatten das Glück, dass gerade Babyhasen geboren wurden. Der Strand hat uns anfangs nicht so gut gefallen, da er bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht präpariert war. Nach einigen Arbeiten mit einem Bagger wurde er jedoch deutlich besser. Es wäre allerdings schön gewesen, wenn es auch Liegen direkt am Strand gegeben hätte. Das Essen im Resort war gut, und es gibt den ganzen Tag über Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen – besonders praktisch, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Insgesamt hat alles reibungslos geklappt, und wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Besonders die Nähe zu Ho Chi Minh (nur etwa zwei Stunden mit dem Auto) macht das Resort für uns sehr attraktiv.
