__WeChat368266****The hotel environment is quite good, and the staff's warm and friendly service, along with the simple yet cozy room design and comfortable bedding, ensured a great night's sleep. We stayed here for our wedding photoshoot, and it was very convenient to drive to the photography base. The 'local breakfast' they offer in the morning was also very clean and quite delicious. Overall, we had a very good experience.

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, not far from the Nanhetou Historical and Cultural District. The hotel has convenient parking and free parking. Xiao Zou, the front desk clerk, upgraded our room for free when she saw that there were so many people in our family of four. Aunt Zhu Caiqi, the room aunt, also sent free fruits when she delivered toiletries. In short, the service is very good, the popularity is very high, the hotel is large, and the room meets expectations! The most surprising thing is that the breakfast is of high quality. Next time I come to Pinghu, I will stay at Sun Lake again!

當然，作為住宿的核心，乾淨整潔是底線，而這家酒店做得堪稱典範。無論是地板、衞生間還是床品，都看不到一絲污漬，光腳踩在地毯上也覺得很放心。每一層都有的洗衣房大大提高了我們的便利，床鋪柔軟舒適，一夜無夢到天亮，為我們第二天的行程儲備了滿滿的精力。總結來説，從守時的接送、熱情的前台，到寬敞的房間、愜意的陽台，再到無可挑剔的衞生，這家酒店的每一個環節都做到了極致。它不僅僅是一個歇腳的住所，更是旅途中一個温馨的港灣。我毫不猶豫地將它推薦給所有追求品質與細節的朋友，下次再來，這裏必定是我的不二之選！

GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily).
Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

Llily-xuThe room is very big, with the sea outside the window, and a sofa for sleeping. Pinghu has really good natural resources, and it is easy to reach the mountains and the sea. There was no one in Jiulongshan Resort to climb the mountain after breakfast. The raspberries and wild flowers in the mountains are really beautiful! The road from the hotel to Pushan has been under renovation recently, and I believe it will get better and better.

__WeChat231418****We took the kids to Legoland during the autumn break, and after comparing several hotels in the area, we finally chose the Ramada Pinghu. It was excellent value for money, and very convenient given my poor sense of direction. The scenery around the hotel was beautiful, with fields of golden wheat stretching as far as the eye could see – very soothing. The rooms were also spacious. The front desk service was impeccable; check-in was attentive and efficient, and all the staff were friendly and professional. Thumbs up! So we changed our plans and stayed another night.

I chose the casual family room and was generally satisfied. The cartoon theme made the children feel very happy. Breakfast is relatively simple, so it’s okay to eat casually!
