一個經常住酒店的老客，對酒店評價有着獨到的見解，酒店硬件都是千篇一律，不能代表五星評價。
一路走來感覺貴州境內酒店前台服務都相當不錯，服務才是給酒店評分的唯一標準，自己的親身體驗才是寫評論的真實評價！
該酒店前台幾個小姑娘都相當不錯，熱情周到待客，這次訂酒店錯選了一個代理商，沒想到到了酒店竟然前台沒有預訂記錄，和攜程客服交涉了幾十分鐘，前台姑娘辦事利索，先讓我們入住，後期她們給我們交涉訂房問題，這一點就值得大大的表揚，讓客人一路疲勞焦躁得以安撫，頓時戒驕戒躁。
如果每一個酒店都有這樣的前台工作人員，這個酒店不會蕭條倒閉。
酒店雖然沒有果盤，小點伺候，喝水是充足供應對老年人尤其是不能缺水喝的人也是一大安慰。
早餐也算是不錯，前台服務員更是人性化，忘了代餐卷，看看房卡就非常禮貌放行，事後我們把餐劵還給了前台服務員。
都是小事，都是普普通通的事，但是她們做出來做得好，就讓一切不如意掩蓋的盡人心盡如意皆大歡喜。
酒店檔次品質固然重要，但是沒有好的員工什麼都不是。

房間非常大，酒店的中餐非常好，我記得吃了個牛肉火鍋，我們一家三口牛肉竟然沒有吃完，太實在了。
