You can’t ask for too much when you live in Pisa. If you have requirements, you can stay in Florence. The location is excellent and the hygiene seems to be okay. See other pictures

Great location near the pisa tower , quite area , basic room ( no fridge or kettles) , no view from the window as theres tree cover pisa tower to appear ) .
Breakfast is ok could be better.

I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was hesitant to book because of that, but I'm glad I chose this place. It's literally right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a lot of great restaurants. It's worth a nights stay considering the price is much less than many other places in Pisa and it's hard to beat the location. There is parking relatively near by for a fee. The place may be dated, but it's a bed with nice air condition and you can do all you need just a few steps from the door. I highly recommend it and would return in the future. There's an elevator as well, which in Europe seems to be a luxury.

Facilities: Very good, but the bathroom door is a bit broken
Cleanliness: I hate tidiness, but the room facilities look a bit old.
Environment: The location is very good. As soon as you go out, you can see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. However, Pisa is not big and the surrounding areas are similar.
