Emplacement idéal Hôtel contemporain très chic et très propre Buffet avec du choix, un petit bémol les légumes cuits était souvent des produits congelés et pas bien cuisinés. Personnel à la réception, au bars et de salle au resto super agréable et poli, derrière les buffets pas toujours le cas. Le personnel dehors à la piscine bruillants très le soir et très tôt le matin

Just come back from here and what can I say it was gorgeous. We were in a standard room but it was quite big and had everything it needed. The staff all were very friendly and helpful. It was quite weird not having a hotel key and the wristbands were a little hot and miss opening the room door. We ended up getting a card to open the door half way through the holiday. I did like the paying for everything on your wristband and then paying for it (we did it every night before going to bed so we didn’t have a big bill on the last night). The food was lovely and lots to choose from. I would say they need to look at the vegetarian option a bit more - my friend couldn’t eat a lot on two nights. I think abroad think vegetarians ear a lot of fish when they do not. The hotel was lovely and clean and the cleaners were around most of the day. The hotel is in a lovely location and you go out the back gate and are on a lovely walkway looking at the sea. Will be back next year.

Mooi hotel dicht bij zee. Jammer dat de gerechten bij het buffet lauw zijn i.p.v. warm. Veel personeel spreekt geen Engels. Voor die prijs hebben we meer kwaliteit mee gemaakt. Toiletten bij restaurant worden niet vaak genoeg schoongemaakt.

Das Zimmer war jetzt nicht so besonders, nicht so sauber (zB. dicker Käfer wurde mehrere Tage nicht entfernt), aber dafür überzeugt das Hotel mit dem Essen. Jeden Tag gibt es anderes und auch viel vegetarisches ist dabei. Auch der Pool Bereich ist schön, besonders der Pool mit Meerblick.

Nice hotel, we had booked a double room with a sea view. We had a room on the third floor overlooking the sea, pool and entertainment area which was great. The entertainment was fine for a hotel and generally took place between 9 and 11 in the evening. There were also plenty of activities organised during the day. The hotel is on the promenade but in a rocky area so it is around a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach. There were no tea/coffee facilities but we asked for a kettle which was delivered with a tea tray the next day. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful including those on reception. There was a good choice of food but as is typical of buffets, most of the food was luke warm rather than hot.

Hotel was comfortable with a lovely pool terrace and different pools. There were a couple of negatives in that the wrist bands they give to serve as room keys don't work properly which was very annoying as we couldn't get into our rooms without going to reception and getting a key card. The breakfasts were just about okay, and the dinners were not great quality, more quantity. Also the room cleanliness was poor, as the maid seemed to simply straighten the beds and empty the bins, but did nothing more unless asked. On the plus side, the speciality restaurant we tried was very good, and so was the entertainment in the evenings. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Just got back from a holiday in Playas de las americas Tenerife staying at the H10 Conquistador hotel and what a lovely place it, it is kept so clean and staff were really lovely. Lots of greetings and lots of smiles from the staff who were always ready to help if you needed it, the quality of the food was very good with lots to choose from and lots of different restaurants to eat in. Our room was excellent overlooking the pool and also with a view of the sea, we can’t praise it enough. The evening entertainment was also very good including the girls that organise the children for the mini disco,It was such a pleasure to see them all having such great fun, we are very tempted to go back next year.

Regular visitors to the hotel, staff are always friendly and helpful always willing to sort out any issues, usually there are none. Restaurants are amazing particularly the Sakura Tepanyaki a dining experience. We visit the hotel at least once a year and have never been disappointed.
