This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel.
There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station.
Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.

Food variety was perfect
The hotel receptionist where very friendly the food variety was 10/10 beach near by this hotel would of been better in summer however the rooms are very small and the rooms no slippers , bath robes nothing was provided for a 4* hotel I was expecting it to be abit better but over all I would rate it 7/10

Excelente atenciones
Un hotel muy cómodo, con excelente atenciones de todo el personal, se preocupan porque te sientas bien en cada momento. Tanto el desayuno como la cena muy rico y variado. Hay una parada de bus a sólo 100 metros del Hotel, que te conecta con el Aeropuerto o con la ciudad de palma de mallorca.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Essen
Das Hotel bietet einen guten Service, wurde komplett renoviert und ist sehr sauber. Auch, dass alle Zimmer über einen Balkon verfügen.
Ich hatte Halbpension gebucht und habe die reichhaltigen schmackhaften Büffets sehr genossen.
Das Hotelpersonal war besonders herzlich und serviceorientiert. Wegen eines Schadens an meinem iPhone, den ich verursachte, war mir die Rezeption äußerst behilflich den Schaden mit meiner Versicherung zu regulieren.
Tolles Hotel, nicht mal 100 Meter zum Strand.
Ich würde dort persönlich zu Normalen Ballermann Zeiten, nicht übernachten. In der Nebensaison und auch wegen Corona war es dort ruhig und ein schönes Wochenende.
Vielleicht mal wieder für eine Wochenende in der Nebensaison.

Immer wieder gerne. Tolle Strandlage. Direkt zum Bierkoenig.
Nettes und freundliches Personal. Habe nur nicht verstanden das man in der Bar eine Maske beim sitzen tragen muss und im Restaurant nicht. Gerne wieder.

Good surprise in El Arenal
Building located in the Arenal area, sea front. Team is outstanding: professional, polite, customer oriented. Buffet dinner is way above expectations showing variety and quality, Breakfast is good and room is comfortable and clean. A small remark: room soundproof is not that great meaning that in pick season, neighbour rooms and corridor noise can be bothersome.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im RIU San Francisco auf Mallorca. Obwohl kein Zimmer mit Meerblick oder zur Promenade mehr verfügbar war, hat uns das Standardzimmer (Nr. 203) vollkommen überzeugt. Es war tadellos sauber, die Ausstattung modern und die große, ebenerdige Dusche sehr komfortabel. Das tägliche Entleeren des Glascontainers unterhalb unseres Zimmers hat uns nicht gestört – wir waren zu dieser Zeit ohnehin schon wach. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar, und das gesamte Personal war stets höflich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders beeindruckend waren die Buffets: eine tolle Auswahl, frisch und geschmackvoll zubereitet. Als Vegetarier werden wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt freundlich nach zusätzlichen Proteinoptionen wie Soja oder Tofu fragen. Auch der Ballermann hatte im November seinen ganz eigenen Charme: ruhig, aber dennoch belebt genug, um die Promenade genießen zu können. Unser Fazit: ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem exzellent geführten Hotel. Wir können das RIU San Francisco uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
