Location is great, staff amazingly helpful and friendly. As for the conditions of the rooms and amenities.. you get what you pay for, so it was expected.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti all'hotel Maya vacanze Playa Natural, la struttura è situata in una zona tranquilla, lontano dal caos notturno del centro, che comunque è raggiungibile comodamente in 10 minuti a piedi. i proprietari sono italiani, disponibili e gentili, non è previsto il servizio colazione. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita, il parcheggio è disponibile nelle aeree pubbliche di fronte all'hotel.

The place is super nasty disgusting...the mattress is old and damaged ..bathroom . The tiles on wall are nasty not clean .the fan are not clean . I will never be in a place like that even if they charge me $10 dollars or pesos a night

Habitación con lo necesario (mini-fridge, micro, buen internet, agua caliente, a/c). La ubicación del lugar es buena, con servicios cercanos. Buena atención, comunicación, y limpieza. El cuarto da a la calle, por lo que puede haber ruido y luz desde temprano.

Owner is very kind so sorry for the negative review but our stay was not enjoyable. TV doesn't work, owner said he would come fix it but didn't. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra anywhere. No blankets just sheets, they could have put some blankets in the dresser? No hot water and when you're not feeling well a cold shower is torturous. No mat or extra towel to put down when you come out of the shower so you're just tracking water all over the bathroom. And the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors getting text messages and coughing. Will not be back and do not recommend.
