Room was run down and designer was on somethings when he designed the interior as it's all dark wood floors , shadows and the Red fluorescent lighting doesn't help. The room , on the 1st floor, did not have a fridge, coffee pot or microwave- they had two full towels which had holes in them but no face cloth or had towels nor any drinking glasses of any kind. Needed to speak to check in staff to get another room or at least a fridge and coffee machine. After a day both where found and brought to my room. Room was cleaned each day so that was a bonus and the 3 breakfasts included were a simple fare but appreciated. Overall staff were excellent but hotel was seeing it age and although location was great, I would not come back for another stay.

Lo primero, lo bueno, sin duda el personal, amable y simpático, lo peor, fuimos a todo incluido y cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando pedimos un café en la única cafetería que hay y nos cobran, POR UN CAFÉ, si lo quieres gratis a una máquina de esas de hospital, increíble, de ocho días solo cenamos dos en el hotel, a las nueve menos diez ya están recogiendo el ESCASO BUFET, PARA COLMO EL ÚLTIMO DÍA, te cortan la pulsera a las 12:00 y ya no puedes comer, pero si he pagado ocho días, como no me dejan comer el último? Todo, incluida la comida de mala calidad, horarios para las personas que cenan a las 18:00, que ya sabemos quienes son, mal, muy mal, no volveré nunca a alojarme aqui

Un hotel para demoler, voy a poner varias fotos, pero no reflejan el desastre del hotel, no hay ascensor, averiado desde no se sabe cuando, en un 3º piso, todo deteriorado, la habitación sin agua caliente, la piscina , casi mejor veáis las fotos, pero es peligrosa, , con su mobiliario…. El desayuno de 18€ día y persona, es un café y poco más. Te ofrecen un paquete de bebidas, que nosotros no lo quisimos, y al llegar allí NO HAY BAR,!! El peor hotel que he estado jamás, y he viajado al centro de África. El ruido por la noche es insoportable, lo tiene todo, lo malo….

I will be as honest as possible with my review, the hotel is in very bad condition, they have to put a lot of work into it to be what it was a few years ago... we arrived at 12:30 am, we hadn't even been there an hour when we noticed a plague of cockroaches in the bathroom, besides the bathroom being dirty, outside our room there was a nest of bats hanging around and that made us anxious, the breakfast area was scary, the entire hotel was full of leaks, not to mention the very awful experience of Cithaly from sales, unprofessional and very, very rude, the worst experience I have ever had with a person who is dedicated to "sales". Unlike Fede from reception, super polite and helpful, trying to empathize and resolve all the complaints, it is worth mentioning that we were always respectful because we know that in asking is giving. The bartender was also very friendly and charismatic and we saw how Citlaly spoke to her colleague in a very bad way. They should train her better because if it were up to her, they wouldn't have any guests anymore.

NO LO RECOMIENDO, MUY SUCIO. No vayan a este disque Hotel. Llegamos por la noche y nos querían cobrar que el desayuno un acceso a un club de playa, cuando reserve nunca me dijeron, ademas que le dije que no lo iba a usar. Al llegar a la habitación había muchas cucarachas en el baño, no tenia coladera, en verdad sucio. La madera de los muebles se ve apolillada, los muebles sucios. Al día siguiente estaban reparando algo en el piso de arriba que se escuchaban los martillazos, eran 9 am, fue fatal. Terminamos cambiándonos de hotel. NO LO RECOMIENDO, MUY SUCIO.
