I recently stayed at the Hotel Resurs and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I usually refrain from posting negative reviews, I felt compelled to share my experiences in hopes of alerting other potential guests to the issues I faced. Firstly, the hotel failed to provide a basic amenity, hot water. Despite my numerous complaints, the problem persisted throughout my stay. For a hotel that advertises such amenities, this was not just an inconvenience but a failure in delivering their promised services. Additionally, the handling of the issue by the hotel staff was completely unprofessional. I was met with resistance when I asked for a refund due to the unresolved issue. Instead of treating the problem with urgency and ensuring customer satisfaction, they neglected their duty and disregarded my rightful request. What concerned me the most was an unfortunate incident that left me feeling racially prejudiced against by one of their staff members. The employee's actions and demeanor towards me were, in my opinion, rooted in racial bias and completely unacceptable in any professional setting. Moreover, they accused me of housing an extra guest in my room, a friend who was merely helping me carry my luggage. They now seek to impose an additional fee for her alleged stay, without prior indication or request for passport registration. Finally, the hotel has since threatened me with legal action, claiming that I caused disruption and threatened their staff, allegations I vehemently refute. It is disheartening that a customer's request for basic services and decent treatment could be met with such hostility and unfounded accusations. I advise potential guests to take these issues into consideration before choosing to stay at Hotel Resurs. A hotel stay should be comfortable and welcoming, but my experience was the complete opposite. I hope that the hotel management takes the necessary steps to improve their services and treatment of guests, regardless of their nationality or ethnicity.
