Prima di tutto, arrivati ad hotel Insteia siamo indirizzati verso hotel Hermitage senza avere una spiegazione. Arrivati lì, dopo il check in, abbiamo aspettato quasi 2 ore per avere la camera pronta (check in fato alle 15:40!!!!) La camera, con mobili, diciamo, dattati, era abbastanza pulita, però, l'aria condizionata non poteva essere regolata a dovere, (andava a tutta potenza) dunque tutta la notte ho dovuto spegnere e accendere perché, o faceva freddo, o faceva troppo caldo. Insomma, direi che abbiamo passato una poco piacevole esperienza. Devo dire una cosa ;due anni fa, abbiamo prenotato ad Insteia, dove siamo stati alloggiati, e devo dire che siamo stati molto bene. Peccato che non possiamo dire lo stesso anche questa volta.

Famiglia 4 persone, una notte di sosta per dividere un lungo viaggio. Stanza maleodorante causa spazzatura lasciata in stanza. Colazione misera e succo andato a male. POS non funzionante. Struttura in generale vecchia e poco curata.Da evitare assolutamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questa struttura. Trattandosi di un pacchetto smartbox, avevamo qualche titubanza. La struttura si è dimostrata più che sufficiente, con camera comoda e climatizzata. Il lusso lo abbiamo trovato nel personale che con noi è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, molto più di quanto si possa immaginare. Rimarco questo aspetto perchè ne siamo rimasti positivamente colpiti! Ottimo il ristorante, con piatti abbondanti e di buona qualità. Esperienza positiva, anche per quanto riguarda l'area geografica, i luoghi visitati e la gente del posto. Ci torneremo.

Ho cenato in questa struttura in compagnia del mio compagno, personale gentilissimo. Il menu ci è piaciuto molto , ottime le linguine agli scampi. Abbiamo cenato tranquillamente, e scelto vari piatti, eccellenti anche tutti gli antipasti. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Ho acquistato il pacchetto di Natale 2023, due giorni molto piacevoli, i piatti molto buoni sia il pesce sia la carne, le camere pulite e soprattutto due giorni di intrattenimento ben organizzati. Abbiamo anche conosciuto il paesino di Polla, interessante e carino.
