Martins Crest

We booked and due to date change requested him to change our room. He agreed and also accepted the request but didn't make any changes. When we checked in we clearly mentioned that we'll be staying there for 3-4 days more as we already had a booking, at that moment they didn't say anything or didn't alert us saying that there is no such booking. But on the day of our re-checkin he denied our booking and said that he never received such request and asked us to vacate the room very rudely as if we were some beggars staying for free. He will make you feel like you are unwelcome. No guest should ever face such a situation. The rooms are very average. Not worth even 2k. Furthermore, don't expect that you'll be able to have breakfast on time because they are out staffed and instead of 8 am you'll get it around 10am tha too if you are lucky because the quantity is so little. Please do yourself a favour and do not go there.

This hotel boasts about being 3. 5 star and getting many awards but to be very honest it was just okay for the prices we paid. I am pretty sure these 5star ratings are fake or either paid because somebody in their right mind would never give this hotel a 5 star because they should provide some services to rate something in the first place. If i could give them zero, i would definitely do so. The services provided is not worth 3k. The room was smelly and the blankets were smelly too. The breakfast scenes were absolutely chaotic. They say the breakfast starts at 8. We reached around 8 am and waited for 45mins and they slowly started getting items one by one which got over in a jiffy and we had to wait for another 35-45 mins. It was not organised at all. The owner should really up their game. His attitude doesn't match this hotel's status. He thinks he is running some 5 star resort. What a joke.

Room are neat and clean. Service is top notch. Toileteries are provided. Other necessary things are available at walkable distance. Nice little pool available. Overall a very good stay and experience. Will surely recommend it to friends and families

Excellent property. Good in premise parking. Clean swimming pool. The host is just amazing! rooms are clean and comfy!

It was a pleasant stay at martin crest for one day. Located at 4. 00 km from palolem beach. All amenities like ac, geyser, refrigerator, electric kettle etc. Were provided in the room. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staffs are very polite and co- operative. Tariff is budget friendly with comfortable stay.
