Porto Alegre Hotels with Gym

It’s was my first time at this Sheraton and can says is the best hotel in town so far . Recommended for sure !

I had been hosting at Hotel Plaza São Rafael several times, and I like the hotel to the memory of his love and the city of Porto Alegre since I was a child. They were trying to charge for a second guest in the room with a double bed. How weird of them. How can they charge for a second guest in the room if there is no breakfast being served? They said that the reservation was made on a different platform and all that trying to get an excuse for overcharging us. The man at the front desk was pretty rude with us saying “would it be fair to pay double when you are single?” - and even completed “so why would you want us to charge the room for two for you online?” Very weird the attention was horrible… I do not recommend!!! They want to charge for everything separately, ok, good for them. But for the second guest in the room? Is it a HOSTEL then?! Good luck, I am not coming back!

Hotel location & surroundings: Conveniently located in Buchon. There are many shops around, and it is convenient to go to Uber. Check-in, out and response: The check-in time has passed but the room is not ready for you to wait. The staff wasn't very friendly after the late check-in. Friendly staff at check out. Respond differently depending on the hotel staff Room condition: Overall modern and pretty. Great bed with lots of extra futons. It was cold because the weather was winter, but the room was colder than I thought. Please note that there is a lot of mold in the bathroom. The shower is not working properly and water leaks to the side. Hot water comes out very well. Cleanliness outside the bathroom is not bad. Other facilities: Breakfast quality is good. Fruits and various bakeries are available. Good for a relaxing breakfast. There are plenty of places to sit and relax inside the hotel.

Very nice hotel with pool. Has an ok restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, but price for the stay was excellent. Room service was perfect and punctual.

We are on transit to take an early flight and the location of the hotel is near to the airport that’s why we choose to stay here. Overall is good .

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

I was not bad, just overpriced. Rooms were small like an IBIS, they did have a minibar in the room. Bathroom was bigger than an IBIS. Staff nice pleasant and efficient. Breakfast included was ok nothing to rave about. Bed was really high and too firm with sheets that did not fit the bed and crumpled under you as you slept. I only ate dinner here the lat night at the hotel. I waited 40+ minutes for a Mixto (hot ham & cheese sandwich) and french fries and the restaurant was mostly empty. Would I stay here again, probably not. Probably stay at the IBIS Styles on Plinio Milano Street. Better value and nearby restaurants and shops to the IBIS, while nothing much around the Laghetto but a supermarket.

confotable and wonderful hotel, in Moinhos, the most beautiful neighborhood of Porto Alegre City. The hotel is in front of the Moinhos Park, and have a magical view of the park and the city. I recomend this hotel. The view of 1205 room is wonderfully

The hotel is just opposite the Alegre Port bus stop. It is especially suitable for passengers in transit. It is known that there are no trains in Brazil. Long-distance buses are the main means of transportation from the state capital to the cities in various regions. There are some clocks in the lobby that look like some ages and look very good. The reception English at the front desk was not bad in Brazil, and the service was very warm. The room is neat and tidy. Breakfast is on the back of the three-way, more typical Brazilian breakfast.
