Instalações dentro do esperado. Quarto limpo e café da manhã bom.

Quanto aos serviços, tudo estava muito bom. Quanto as instalações, tive um leve desconforto, pois um dos elevadores não estava funcionando. Assim, o que estava em uso acabava ficando sobrecarregado.

The horrible breakfast in every day I stayed hosped. The receptionist Jardel was extremely poorly educated in front of other guests saying I had lost my towels and they were swept with makeup, and that I shouldn't clean the dirty face in the towels. I'm an artist and I was performing in the city. I took the three towels and washed the shower with a sabble and took all the ”spots”, which proves that the hotel has even tried to put the towels in the machine. I wanted to take me 150 reals, besides the illegal constraint and the very cruel way I he tried.

The service was very good, and the facilities were very uncomfortable, because one of the lifts was not working, so what was in use was overloaded.

Hotel located in the centre of Porto Alegre, with parking, very good apartment and very good breakfast.
