The hotel is right across the water but please note that the taxi might refuse to take u up the ramp so if u have heavy luggages make sure to have the hotel talk to the taxi because it’s a bit of a slope and the street is made of pebbles so it’s hard to wheel the suitcases
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr Luiz Guilherme
The breakfast and afternoon tea and local baked goods are both included in the room rate and both the selection and quality is really good they even have lactose free milk at breakfast.

The hotel is right on the river. The tram is right at the door to take us to the open sea. A bus top is also right at the door to connect us to any other public transportation including the train to the airport. The service is superb and everything is excellent. We'd stay there again!

This is the best. The location is the best. The river view is fantastic.
It's so pretty and tidy, and the service is good. I went to drop off my luggage around 11:00, and they checked in early.
The place where you eat breakfast is very cafe-like and pretty, and you can go and have a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
I think I will come here again next time
