Great place to stay in Poznan
Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a very warm welcome. Room was clean and comfortable with great design, parking was very easy and the location is really good.

super persoenlicher Service, tolle, individuell gestaltete Zimmer und ein Hammerfruehstueck. Selten ein so toll arrangiertes Fruehstueck gehabt, alles frisch zubereitet

Mogło być lepiej
Klimat hotelu jest oryginalny, ale niestety hotel nie posiada strefy spa jak jest to wymienione w opisie obiektu. Parking jest miejski, płatny tuż obok, jednak nie ma możliwości uzyskania faktury.
Śniadania wypadły najsłabiej, jedzenie nie jest dokładane więc można przyjść na praktycznie puste talerze. Restauracja jest bardzo malutka i na śniadaniach przy dużej ilości gości jest ciasno.
Plusem są kosmetyki dla gości oraz powitalny drink.

Overall the hotel and location was good. I was disappointed to find out at the end I was charged over $25 for a very subpar breakfast. It was presented in the check in as it was included so I was very surprised to have to pay, typically you are always told the cost if not in the booking. It felt very sneaky and effected my overall experience and feeling on the hotel

Flott og stille hotell i Poznan.
Svært hyggelig hotell. Store rom og gode senger. Rent og pent med god service. Overhode ingen nattestøy verken fra trafikk eller noe annet. Tusen takk for et ubetinget positivt og hyggelig opphold.

4 star for location but 2 for experience
Very disappointing. Awful room decor. Looks better on pictures.Flimys furniture, dirty and stained lamp shades. Very uncomfortable bed with mattress's springs poking when sleeping. Service was good thought.Breakfast was average but if you attend breakfast one hours before end of service you might have reduced options.Considare yourself unlucky. 4 stars for locations but this not a four star experience. It is a quirky boutique hotel some of the rooms might be fabulous but the one l got was far from that.

Ein sehr individuell gehaltenes, kleines Designhotel in direkter und guter Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Über das Design der Zimmer kann man streiten, ich will diesen Punkt nicht bewerten - das ist eben Geschmackssache und man weiß ja vorher, dass man hier auf ein eher individuelles Haus trifft. Checkin sehr freundlich, Checkout eher unfreundlich und unmotiviert, ansonsten ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Viele kleine Gimmicks, Süßigkeiten im Foyer, Äpfel im Lift, Schlafbrille und Ohropax bereitgestellt - vielleicht auch wegen der Baustelle gegenüber, für die das Hotel natürlich nichts kann. Man merkt dem Haus an schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, in den öffentlichen Bereichen zum Beispiel am etwas betagt wirkenden Fahrstuhl. In unserem Zimmer selbst gab es zwar viel Design, aber dafür stimmten teils die Basics nicht. Heizkörper im Bad locker, Lampe im Bad unschön verarbeitet (kleines Loch in der Decke fürs Kabel), kleine Flecken an der Wand, die Einrichtung des Zimmers zwar aus meiner Sicht schön und kreativ, aber wenig zweckdienlich (große Nische neben dem Schlafraum mit zwei Sesseln, die nicht wirklich zum Sitzen einladen —＞ verschwendeter Raum). Und hat es im Ergebnis nicht ganz überzeugt, Wiederkehr daher fraglich. Trotzdem Respekt für das Konzept an sich.

Lots of small and pleasant details for the guests. Questionnaire is sent the day before by email, pillow preferences, fragrance preferences, welcome cocktail, table games, etc. Rooms are OK, decoration is dedicated to different countries and cultures. Cosy place. Rich breakfast, sufficient variety. Reception team is kind and helpful (some more than others). Paid parking next to the hotel. City centre, main square, is at about 5-7 minutes walk from the hotel.
