I booked for four nights, and I had to fly to Paris for something unexpected. I canceled two nights in advance. No matter how I coordinated, the hotel refused to give me a refund and just blackmailed me for a room fee of 8,000 yuan. It is very inhumane and kind! This feels very bad! Will never come again! There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The price of the room, which cost more than 3,800 yuan per night, was very inconsistent with the price. It was average and not big. It was really a bummer!

Camera 601 suite family . Seconda volta e seconda volta con gli stessi problemi . Camera piccola addirittura senza balcone .. letto scomodo in camera e letto supplementare rifatto dopo 3 chiamate alla reception . Colazione scadente per un 5 stelle , maggior parte dei cooking a pagamento . Inoltre , scandaloso , chiedo pancake e mi arrivano dopo 20 minuti le crepes . Reception scortese e che non cercano nemmeno di aiutare il cliente a comprendere . . Mai più

We were spoiled from the moment we stepped into the hotel, arriving tired and hungry. Our children's superior rooms were both generously upgraded to duplex suites, and our late dinner in the secluded outside courtyard was scrumptious, satisfying, and relaxing. It felt like our vacation had begun. The Grand Mark staff was always friendly and helpful, and returning to our sumptuous rooms after full days of walking around beautiful Prague made this hotel a highlight of our trip.

Prague is a very welcoming city and The Grand Mark hotel is part of that charm. We stayed 6 nights at the family suite, both us and our 2 kids we all loved it. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and professional, the location is perfect (Prague is a very walkable city). The breakfast is amazing AND I highly recommend having a drink, lunch or dinner at the garden restaurant (Le Grill), we had lunch there twice, our waiter was Tarlan and he's probably the best service man / waiter ever served us, top notch person and a proffesional, and yes the food is amazing of course. Long story short if you’re planning a trip to Prague whether as a couple or a family, don’t hesitate to book The Grand Mark.

We can’t say enough good things about the Grand Mark Prague. The facilities are immaculate, the service is stellar, and the food is excellent. There is a wonderful garden in the back where you can have breakfast or any other meal. The spa was closed for cleaning so we couldn’t get a service there but they arranged it at the Hilton. Our dinner server Eliska and breakfast server Mariana deserve extra kudos for service! We will definitely be back the next time we get to Prague.

The hotel is perfect! Located in the middle of the city center. The stuff is very helpful and we were upgraded for a very nice room. The only problem was that the heating system didn't operate well and the bath was too high and a bit complicated to enter in.
