I had a great time staying in this hotel. Breakfast was a buffet style.

Great hotel, breakfast was really good, overall the place is nice. However, the hotel is very far from the city centre so location is not perfect if you're looking to explore Prague. Pillows are terrible, bring your own! But the place is nice :)

Very pretty. A little far from the center, and the room, the truth is, we expected more, seeing what the reception is like. However, very nice.

The hotel room itself was better than expected for the low price (Block C). The breakfast is basically okay (increase is possible) - but: breakfast until 10 a.m. but the buffet was already cleared away at 9:15 a.m. while we were still having breakfast. When I asked about this, we were told that there is a second breakfast room and there is something else in it, we are welcome to continue having breakfast there (?). We only stayed in the hotel for one night and it was a disaster!! During the night, another guest from Block B across the street made a lot of noise from his open window, shouting and singing until about . 3am!! On the 2nd floor of Block C (below us) there were a lot of young people who imitated the one from Block B (including shouting duels between the blocks) and were terribly loud (screaming with the guy from Block B as well as singing, growling including a sound blaster on). Window. I also went to the reception during the night to complain, I was told there was security who would take care of it. But they remained invisible. I was able to successfully convince the young people myself at 2 a.m. to behave appropriately. The guest from Block C continued on its own but was no longer so audible through our closed window.

A hotel like a hotel. Classic breakfast. Bus stop in front of the hotel, 3 stops to the metro, you can finally walk this part on foot when returning from the concert at night :)

Terrible hotel, the worst I've ever been to. Paid for a bed, received a broken auxiliary bed. One day they were without soap, another day without toilet paper, one day the maid was neither there nor left towels. Unpleasant and arrogant staff, they didn't want to do anything about any of our remarks. Everything was dirty, the food was terrible, half the hotel ended up vomiting and having diarrhea. we hired a refusenik. a complete disaster, they ruined our vacation.

We came for 10-days vacation and chess tournament in August 2024. Room: very large. Bathroom has some kind of jakuzi, but no physical glass or anything to separate it from the rest of bathroom, it was water all around after shower - in addition, must keep shower in hand. Room is clean, no issue there. TV is small on only table in room, so if you want to watch, have to take chair and sit in front of it. Food: decent on quality side, but poor choices, every day same 3-4 meals. Maybe breakfast was the best of all other meals. Internet - I couldn't connect from room to one meeting I have, keep disconnecting. Lobby area was little better. But still - unacceptable for today world. Hotel this size should at least have very good net. Outside terrace - they are locking the door at 10PM!!! Same as lobby bar . Did I mention - no air conditioning anywhere in the hotel? What make impressions better is Prague itself, worth visit every penny. Top Hotel - not at all.

A decent experience during our stay in Prague - the TOP hotel Prague ... looks like a hotel from the communist era - refurbished to the 20 century... still very decent. We've got a simple room , spacious with 2 twin beds pushed together, comfortable and clean. Bathroom also very clean - and to top it - they've got daily housekeeping. The hotel is huge - we had our rooms in the B block - but they have most likely more than 1000 rooms ... so yes it is huge. Breakfast - very good I would say - you've had a lot of good options to choose from - so in the morning you could have a real treat. Parking spaces also plenty on site and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would say a very good and correct price to quality ratio. We did not use the pool, the gym or the tennis courts , but those were available for the guests. Overall a very decent hotel - a bit dated , a bit in need of refurbishment, a bit reminding the guest of the days before 1989 ... but still a very decent option if you are looking just for accommodation and breakfast - if that is the case - try it - TOP hotel Prague.

Utterly the worst hotel i have ever been on , staff totally without service mind Wellness hotel with non working jacussi , beds hard as floorboard Run Down interior all around , we had Half board but aften one night and one morning of what i best Can describe as prisonfood , togethers with a wery wery bad bed , lazy staff , bad service etc etc , we left , we had 3 night booked - it only took one to break us - 4 star hotel - not if you ask me…..

Good hotel with luxurious hall and big rooms, big breakfast buffet, clean hotel with swimming pool and Whirlpool, good price Quality value. Breakfast was the same for 2 weeks, and we do not eat meat or dairy so that was a bore and not much to choose from. We paid for wellness but the herb steam room was not open. Swimming pool, sauna and Whirlpool was open. We were happy there and felt good

Room at the edge of corridor lacks Wifi. They won’t change tools, nor fix the Wifi. Staff will lie that a technican fixed it, presumeably to get you off. Beds are hard. The breakfast is OK. For this price, you can get much better location, Soft beds, and not hope they assign you to a room with Wifi.

Worst hotel no amenities like kettle, no proper lighting inside the room , no charging points to charge our phones, very badly managed not worth paying more than 6 usd a night, hostel inside the city would have been better , made a wrong choice in choosing this 💩property, rooms are very big and useless

The top hotel is only what I can describe as a polished turd. It's looks nice at first glance but the more that you look at it in detail the more disappointing it gets. Firstly the receptionist by the name of Krystof, the stuck up receptionist with a silly cow bell hanging from his septum is very rude and unpleasant. How he got such a job working in hospitality is hard to believe with such bad attitude towards the guests. Secondly the food is kind of awful, cheap and nasty. Thirdly our toilet moved every time you sat on it, almost felt like it was going to slide off of the floor. The shower was awful and caused a flood because it is too low down on the wall. Fourthly the 'Japanese garden' looked more forgotten about and run down, nothing like the hotel promotional video that plays on the various TV screens around the hotel. The video promotes the hotel as a somewhat lavish experience, when really it's far from the cheesy video that they play on repeat. Would not recommend staying here what so ever. Wish I had read the other bad reviews before booking here. AVOID.

The hotel is really outdated, without any recent renovation. Definitelly not 4 star. Air condition not working. Breakfest very simple witch cheapest ham and cheese. Choose superior room to have pool included the only positive way is that is close to hifhway
