Fab boutique hotel near Kotor
Fabulous boutique hotel. Less than 10 mins by taxi from Kotor. Staff are super helpful and very committed to delivering a great experience for guests. Really can't fault it and will return again.

Gem of a hotel
Absolute gem of a hotel, peaceful with amazing views and the staff were super friendly. A 10 min taxi or 45 min walk around a stunning lake takes you to kotor old town. Breakfast was great so much choice.

Au top pour un séjour en famille!
Séjour en famille dans ce superbe hôtel très bien placé dans les bouches de Kotor.
Les chambres sont de très bon standing, le personnel aux petits soins et vraiment charmant. Le petit dejeuner vaut le détour!

Good pick for Kotor. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff with brand new looking hotel. Only complain I have is the breakfast choices. They have an enclosed garage for parking, place is easy to access from Kotor. Good restaurant choices nearby.

Worst hotel we have stayed at.
Do not be decieved by the hotel photos, as we were. The property is directly on the road with a speed bump at each end. The result is that the bedrooms are noisy all night long as cars slow down, bump over, and then accelerate. No sleep at all. We booked 3 nights but had to leave after 1 night of no sleep. We did not get any refund.
Beach area was very small and bottom steps into the water very slippery with green algea.

We stayed for two nights between August 14-16. The hotel is simply perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is quite sufficient. Ms. Natasha at the reception is very kind and helpful. She helped us with everything. There is a small beach in front of the hotel. Here you can both relax and order your drinks from the bar while enjoying the sun. You can reach the center of Kotor in 7-8 minutes by car, 35-45 minutes on foot, 15 minutes by Bluebus (not frequent). It is a great hotel for those who are tired of the crowds in the old town area and want to relax. Many thanks to the lady who prepared breakfast and the bartender friend. If we come back here again, we will definitely stay here.
