早餐特別好吃，品種也好多，因為遠離市區，晚上睡覺也很安靜
就是因為比較老了，很多設施都不是很好，空調聲音有點大而且有道門關不上

非常非常棒的酒店
從西雙版納租車自駕過來的，酒店環境非常贊，梅子湖畔，我們一直在説再來普洱還得住在這裏，一晚上根本不夠。

這是第二次入住這家酒店了，雖然是老酒店了，房間還算很乾凈服務員很客氣，早餐很豐盛，很喜歡他們家的泳池很乾凈，唯一的遺憾是不可以通過酒店直接進入梅子湖棧道

酒店坐落於梅子湖邊上，一座座小樓和各種綠植點綴，很是幽靜，酒店每天有送的普洱茶和水果，每天早上有擺渡車送客人去用早餐，服務很周到，窗外可以看到梅子湖，和周邊的樹林，很清靜。

交通便利，環境非常好。從前期諮詢到入住，工作人員都是精準客觀的講解，周到服務。
早飯超級無敵好吃，我們帶小朋友，最初擔心吃不習慣，但精心烹飪的美食讓小朋友每天都主動吃好。工作人員也是細緻耐心周到，介紹當地特色菜很專業認真。
天星茶業的茶藝師也是盡心提供普洱茶 ，超級温馨。

設施：比較舊了，畢竟老酒店了
環境：主要就是喜歡湖邊棧道，但是因為年久失修，好幾段破損帶孩子不方便走。風景是真的很不錯！
服務：早餐挺好的，有在認真做
