服務超五星，沒得説。窗外一山坡，不過門外有個小陽台，可以看點遠景。房間設施五星和三星夾雜感，有智能系統，衞生間是花灑，熱水充足。沒有小冰箱、正經衣帽間，連放行禮箱的矮榻都沒。送一袋掛耳（兩人住），在普洱市卻連個茶包都沒配。沒電梯。有咖啡伴手禮。國內走了不少城市，這價位性價比真不太高。不過看了一下，普洱好多民宿都這感覺。對設施設備打得粗一點，衹想安靜、服務好的可推，這兩點不錯。
