Just had my 1st ever solo trip to ereza Los hibiscus I loved every minute and felt so comfortable being on my own although I did meet some lovely down to earth people and the staff were so friendly and happy to help in anyway they could will definitely stay here again 100 per cent

We are currently staying here. The hotel is in an excellent location but is at the top of a fairly steep hill. Sunbed wars starts at 9am but the queuing starts at 8 and you would think someone puts ice in the pool overnight! So cold it hurts! Staff are friendly and the place is clean. The food is disgusting! Who the hell eats pickled chicken? Saw the "chef" bring out fresh chips only to find hot chips mixed with the cold ones. And 4 different fish dishes. Never seen the microwave cleaned and the choices are strange and limited. There is a cooking station in the restaurant but it's not used?? You would think with the quality being so poor it was done deliberately you would eat out!

Lovely hotel, everything very clean. The location is excellent. Staff are just so lovely! We enjoyed the food , I'm a pescatarian, always found something to eat. A microwave for people to heat the food up if they wanted but we never had a problem. The staff made such an effort for Christmas day . We will come back. Fabulous holiday ! X

Currently staying at this hotel. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are spotless and roomy. Location is amazing! Unfortunately the food let's this hotel down. Breakfast is OK, same as any AI abroad. However, Lunch and dinner is poor, not a great selection and if you find something to eat, it's freezing. So disappointing 😞

Adequate
Short stay before our villa became available.
Check in was slightly disappointing in that the staff member did not give very good directions where the hotel facilities were located.
Room was very large but fairly basic. It was very clean.
Shower and bathroom facilities worked perfectly adequately.
There were not quite enough sun beds available around the pool for the number of rooms and the pool was not heated and very cold for recreational swimming. Why solar panels are not used to heat pools remains a mystery to me.
Food was fairly basic with relatively little choice and not as warm as one would wish. Drinks from the bar were good. It was slightly annoying that you need your room key to obtain all inclusive service which meant that all members of a party always needed to be together.
Wi fi is expensive.

On a descendu nettement en gamme !!!
C’est mon troisième séjour en 2 ans , mais je suis très déçu de la nourriture et j’ai donc annulé mon prochain séjour initialement prévu en février 2024. La qualité des buffets a touché le fond … plus de show cooking contrairement à l’an dernier ; plats tièdes et monotones, cuisine basique de cantine : c’est lamentable !

Very clean hotel friendly staff food not to bad but we never went hungry something for everyone only downfall was no coffee tea water or juices in the room glad we took.our own but for the money we paid I would come again Great central location for long walks but hilly !!

Can not fault this hotel, had a great time From the very large clean living area, cleaned every 2nd day Over looking the pool We was AI and again, I could not fault the food, it catered well for all Also hardly any queues for get drinks Pool area always clean Just a few people waited for pool to open to run to lay there towels then disappear for rest of the day
