Visited this accommodation for the third time. The location can be reached via many stairs. But then you have a beautiful view over the bay.
However, rooms are no longer cleaned as standard, you must make a request for this. When you return at the end of the day, I have noticed several times that the cleaning has not been carried out.
The swimming pool has been unusable for some time due to maintenance and water changes. The swimming pool water looked cloudy after maintenance and water changes and was uninviting to use
The accommodation is for sale, probably the reason that the owner is letting it go..
There are many accommodations available in this segment and my advice is to look further first.

This stay is a beautiful cottage in the hills of Sabang. It is a climb to get to through narrow staircases. If you have bad knees or lots of luggage it will be difficult to get to. However, the view from the cottage is amazing at sunrise and sunset, overlooking the water. It offers lots of privacy and an escape from the boardwalk/pier area if you want peace and quiet. The Wi-Fi worked well in the room, there was air conditioning, and the toilet was separated from the shower. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. I would suggest purchasing breakfast with the room as it was amazing. They serve both western and Filipino breakfast. Overall a great stay if you can manage the hike up there.

Great views from the hotel. The hotel is near bars, restaurants and stores, it has a restaurant and a small pool. The AC works well in my room. Some stairs to climb but not too many. Overall, great experience.
