Buen ambiente para la familia, lo recomiendo demasiado su atención es de primera sus habitaciones y piscina es increíble cuentan con su respectivo garaje el personal es super eficiente amigable, mi familia y yo nos quedamos encantados con este hotel en Puerto López.

I did not like it at all, there were many more people than allowed, we had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast and we had to eat what was left and not what was offered. The pool was dirty and full of the same people from 2pm to 10pm, we could never use it. THEY CHARGED US DOUBLE THE COST OF THE ROOM FOR NO REASON. The place where breakfast is served was infested with flies. We booked through an app and they contacted us to charge us 50% in advance, which was contrary to the advertising. The worst experience! Nothing recommended.
