My second stay at Kabila Villas. The location is great as you can walk to the restaurant ***** in 5 minutes, great if you don’t want to rely on bikes or cars. The villas offer a really nice sense of privacy. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, has the most comfortable bed and the pillows are great, near the window is the feature oval bath. En-suite bathroom is good. The ground floor has a nice open living, no aircon needed as the fan kept this area cool, plus you have the bonus plunge pool to dive into. The entire team of staff are incredible and go out of their way to try and ensure your complete satisfaction. There is some current maintenance doing conducted. The staff kept apologizing for this, but to be honest, it did not dampen my stay. The tropics is tough on buildings, gotta have maintenance if you want to keep it looking good. Not the cheapest, but I believe it’s worth every cent. It’s nice luxury villa hotel without going over the top and really good for those that prefer a little more privacy.

I have stayed at Kabila numerous times and it used to be good. But sadly it has not been maintained. The rooms were hot and uncomfortable due to the AC's that were long overdue for servicing. I notified the management of this and expected that they would service the AC while i was out for the day. But not only did they not service the AC, they also neglected to notify me that had failed to rectify the situation. And so I had a second hot and uncomfortable night. They did provide me a cool air blower but now i have a terrible sinus infection that i believe was caused by the air blower. For the third night i requested a different room, but it was the same, the AC was also long overdue for service and the room was hot and uncomfortable. There was also issues with the water. Twice when i wanted to shower there was no water at all, and at other times the water pressure was barely enough to run the shower. More the sort of thing you'd expect with a $20 room... Sadly disappointing....

What a great place. Villa is large and fantastic in all ways, short walking distance from main area. What makes this place even more fantastic is all the lovely helpful staff working here. Be proud of what you do, because this is service in a way that is rare. Thank you Nurul and your staff. We will be back some day.

After the most relaxing week spent here recently, I can highly recommend these villas. Attractive modern tropical inspired villas that offered every aspect to make your holiday perfect. The pros: great central location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, great for those not intending on hiring a bike; living area and pool area quiet despite many villas around you, I never heard noise from others; the bedroom, bed firm but so comfortable with the best pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. I slept like a baby; staff, welcoming, always obliging. The pics resemble what we get. Breakfast can be included, nice choice available, lack of restaurant not an issue as the Sikara next door has great food and is even happy to deliver. As a thank you each day, a treat was delivered such as a dragonfruit pudding, brownies , whole coconut with straw. If you stay, please be kind to the hotel dogs: Kai and the others have such lovely natures and love a good head rub. Would I return: in a heartbeat. Loved my stay.

Kabila villas exceeded my expectation by miles! The villas are made to a high standard and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Kuta. The location is perfect, within a 10 minute walk from the beach, supermarket and bars / restaurants. The staff here were amazing and were always on hand for any assistance! We were suppose to stay for 3 nights but ended up staying for 6 because we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Kuta Lombok
